Storm on the Horizon is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. The Vestige awakens on a boat in Vulkhel Guard, then travels to Khenarthi's Roost with Sugar-Claws.

Quick walkthroughEdit

  1. Talk to Sugar Claws
  2. Talk to Razum-dar
  3. Investigate the Temple of Mourning Springs and Shattered Shoals
  4. Talk to Razum-dar

The Vestige wakes up inside a ship in Vulkhel Guard. The Prophet appears and tells them to help others before finding him. He suggests the Vestige talk to Captain Tremouille.

Captain Tremouille is on the ship's deck. He won't be going to Khenarthi's Roost soon, but Sugar-Claws will. She is at the other end of the dock. If the Vestige wants to start gaining experience for the guilds, they should join them before going to Khenarthi's Roost since they do not automatically discover the Vulkhel Guard Wayshrine. If the wayshrine is not discovered before leaving, then the only way to return to Auridon is by finishing the quests on Khenarthi's Roost.

Sugar Claws takes the Vestige to Eagle's Strand, where they meet Razum-dar, the Khajiit who fished them out of the ocean and sent them to Vulkhel Guard. He thinks they will be able to help and asks them to investigate. The Vestige then talks to Commander Karinith, who has more information. She sends them to Ealcil, who gives information about the Sea Vipers.

To investigate each location, the Vestige has to complete a quest at each one. These quests are "Cast Adrift" and "Tears of the Two Moons." The first involves saving lost crew members from Shattered Shoals, while the Vestige must stop Uldor at the Temple of the Mourning Springs.

Afterwards the Vestige meets Razum-dar in Mistral. He will reward the Vestige and say they are fitting in well, and the quest is complete.
