Template:SkyrimNPCs Stormcloak Quartermasters are NPCs encountered at Stormcloak camps throughout Skyrim. Like their Imperial counterparts, they tend to wounded and sick soldiers, and sell goods.
If one is an Imperial, and they intimidate the soldiers at the camp, they will become hostile along with the other soldiers. They may wield any number of leveled one-handed weapons.
