Sulahkeesh is an Argonian former Shadowscale residing at The Lusty Argonian Footman inn in Lilmoth. She is of an unusually old age for a Shadowscale and has turned blind over the years. Despite not being an active member anymore she still wears the Dark Brotherhood's Shrouded Armor.

Chuxu asks the Vestige to speak with her in his place about settling the dispute over the farm of the recently diseased Keema-Ru, since he is scared of her. The claimants are Keema-Ru's former business associate, Nurhei, and her sister, Paheiza, who is addicted to skooma. Sulahkeesh tasks the Vestige with gathering information about the two and helping her in reaching a decision.
