Summon Dremora Lord is a Master-level Conjuration spell in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It can only be purchased from Volanaro in the Bruma Mages Guild, who dies during the quest "A Plot Revealed," making the spell impossible to obtain through legitimate means after that without having the Spell Tomes Add-on.
After learning the spell, it becomes available for custom spell creation at an Altar of Spellmaking. The base cost of the spell is 72.5 Magicka for the minimum duration of 10 seconds.
