Sun Damage (Oblivion)

Sun Damage is a magic effect in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion which functions by burning the vampire if they are in sunlight. The Hero loses health at a fast pace and the level of vampirism influences the damage done. The magnitude of damage depends on the stage of vampirism and how bright it is outside, with the most damage received during midday. Similarly, clouds and swimming can reduce the damage received.^{confirmation needed}
