Swamp Tentacle is a fairly common plant found throughout Dementia. They typically dangle from rocky overhangs and tree branches.
A concentration of swamp tentacles can be found near the main quest fortress Xedilian. The rarer version of this plant is the Deformed Swamp Tentacle, an item used in the miscellaneous quest "The Museum of Oddities."
