Bugs in the Bloodworks: dropped bow[]
Now, this might be due to a corrupted game, or because I had the Unofficial Oblivion Patch (Mod) installed at one point (before removing it later), but on my patched PC version, the 'blue gladiator' dropped his bow! All he could do then is stare at the target for hours... I was able to pick up the bow, repair it (it was at Zero), and drop it while facing him; and he immediately gleefully re-started his target practice... -Laisren 06:05, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
- The bow breaks after letting the blue gladiator use it in practice long enough. When the bow breaks, the gladiator will drop his bow. It is not a bug, simply the fact that the practiced for a long period of time, long enough to break his bow. I do believe he has an infinite amount of arrows when training, though not when looted from him when he is killed. --Bippo Ernesti 06:55, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
Thanks for the info. Seems like it borders on 'bug' territory if the character doesn't have the AI logic to repair or replace his bow (as he ends up staring blankly at the target for hours...) Here's a question you might be able to help me with: any fix for the Bloodworks characters just staring up at the chain holding the punching bag (instead of actually punching it)? I've tried colliding with them, talking with them, waiting 24 hours, et cetera... got desperate, so I tried opening the console and toggling the AI... --Laisren 21:38, 28 February 2008 (UTC)
I got a question, the dunmer archer seems to run out of arrows, he reaches in his quiver and there are no more arrows coming out, is this a bug??? he never drops his bow for me...
