The actual quest[]
Has anyone done the actual quest? I got the claw from Birna in Winterhold, I also had to get a book for Urag gro-Shub so I wanted to do the two at once but the quest never got triggered. At the end I had to kill Yngols Shade and then got the Helmet.

I had the same problem, only difference is that I had read that this quest could be problematic with another quest assigned, so I deliberately made sure I had no other quest for the location before I spoke to Brina, and I still did not trigger the quest but was able to go through as if the quest was triggered right up to the killing of Yngol and getting the Helm. 176.27.62.156 20:03, October 20, 2013 (UTC)
