where were you when a Boethiah Cultist appeared?
for me, I was about to go into Korvanjund and get the Jagged Crown for the Empire when one randomly showed, every soldier except Hadvar and Legate Rikke attacked and killed him. poor cultist, never stood a chance against Imperial soldiers >:)
