Confirmed, this bow has been found on Elisef, but it is unlikely this was intentional. Likely, Elisef either initially lacked a weapon or was pickpocketed of her default weapon beforehand and sought out the bow when made hostile during the wedding.
In my game, I found it on Vivienne. She had an iron dagger rather than it equipped. Pyoobez (talk) 20:24, November 10, 2013 (UTC)
