I got caught pickpocketing a hunter today. She said, "You know I saw you do that." and no bounty was applied. However, I was unable to pickpocket her again.
I think this is because they are "criminals" for poaching and would therefore not report crime? I do know that killing one while detected contributes to bounty.
I'd like other people to check up on this before it is added to the main page, could be they react differently sometimes. If this is the standard reaction, then it might be a good idea to add that pickpocketing hunters could be a risk free way to level the skill.
I find that when I am riding a horse and I come across a hunter attacking animals, they will often attack my horse without becoming hostile to me. Killing them results in no bounty, even if it is done in front of people. Is that part of their AI? 18.104.22.168 06:06, July 19, 2012 (UTC)
