Problem[]
When I talk to Fathis Ules he won't give me the quest. I've completed the quest before this and even tried to join the Thieves Guild for it. I've asked everything, rumors, Wheaterleah etc. Help please! Ghaneaz 06:46, 6 May 2007 (CDT)
