Rename[]

This page should be renamed to [[Sithis (Deity)]] because a page called Sithis (Book) already exists, so a disambiguation page must be created here (at Sithis). Kroq-gar78 (talk) 21:56, March 15, 2013 (UTC)

Merge[]

This page should be merged with Padomay. They are the same deity and both have the exact same history. Why seperate them by name? —This unsigned comment is by PatsOwn117 (talkcontribs) . Please sign your posts with ~~~~!

Agreed, they should be merged. -The Forgotten Beast (talk) 21:56, July 20, 2013 (UTC)
I also agree Olain Witguard talk The Best Assassin In All Of Mundus 12:18, July 28, 2013 (UTC)
You are wrong, Sithis and Padomay are not the same being. Sithis is the birthed soul of Padomay just as Anui-El is the birthed soul of Anu. Saying that Sithis is the same thing as Padomay ruins the whole concept of universal duality in TES

Is there any sourced proof that they are the same? I thought they were different aspects or kalpas, like Auri-El to Akatosh. FaceOfJanus (talk) 21:12, January 8, 2014 (UTC)
Sithis is the birthed soul of Padomay incarnate, he is the subgradient below Padomay and above Lorkhan and the opposite force of Anui-El (Anu's birthed soul). This is confirmed by The Monomyth and Vehk's Teachings.

This is Confusing[]

Is it just me, or is the nature of his morality contradicted by everyone? The article says things like "described as the embodiment of everything evil" But that sounds like Dark Brotherhood nonsense. The Padomay article also states that he's revered more then Anu because he was the primary reason for creation. It's also stated that "Sithis is rejected by most cultures". There's a lot of inconsistancies in this regard. "The very idea of Anu being creator and static and unchangeable is ridiculous." This sort of statement in the Padomay article is also somewhat opinionated, considering most of what we know of Padomay confirms the opposite. However, what the DB says about Sithis trying to paint him as the void, seems to contradict what we know about padomay. The DB image of Sithis, frankly sounds like it really describes Anu (from the mythical descriptions anyway) better. On another point, it is said that Pelinel was Padomaic, do to his quest being driven by the will to change, how does Pelinel, champion of the divines, ally himself with the hell-spawn that the most vile organization in tamriel worship, without question? If a lore buff could clarify a little then it would help, but I thought I knew the lore about as well as one could...Also, I personally support two different pages because the Deities described are actually almost polar opposites, despite people claiming that they're the same. I'd like to make a theory section, or maybe note the inconsistancies, but I'm not sure that many other people would approve.96.50.231.190 02:24, August 28, 2013 (UTC)
