Unless there's some sort of programming or other issue involved, shouldn't the title of this book's wiki page be either 16 Accords of Madness, v. VI (which is what is shown when looking at the book for prospective pick-up), or Sixteen Accords of Madness Volume VI (which is what is shown on the book's title page when read).
