Multiple quests, same title?[]
A courier came to me as described, and I was asked to visit a new museum. The owner was very much alive when I got there, and asked me to fetch the pieces of Mehrunes' Razor. What have I done that's different from whoever wrote the article? «Nuilvian Talk/Contribs»

Avoid Quest?[]
Is it possible to avoid this quest? As soon as you're level 20 a courier will find you and chase you nonstop to activate an automatic conversation, forcing you to take the Museum Pamphlet which starts this quest. It seems there's no way to reject this quest (only if you go and kill Silus before); so if you're playing hero and do not want to do Daedric quests/kill random NPC's, then you're screwed.
Issue with quest showing up[]
I'm stuck on this one too.. this is the ONLY quest I need done for the oblivion walker trophy and I got the pamphlet and read it, but NO quest showed up, and I don't have it in my complete quests, misc, or current...
