Former (but cut) Marrige Option[]
A while back I used the console command (Addtofaction 19809 1) to add her to the marriage faction and apparently she has her own unique dialogue already recorded for it in the game files and she was disabled at some point in the games delopment. Sorex Vinius (her childhood friend who had a crush on her) is still enabled as a marriage option and it's possible that they intended to do more with both characters but cut her out due to time constraints.
However, later on during the Dark Brotherhood questline she appears at the wedding of Victoria Vicci and her dialogue mentions that she still hopes to find somebody and get married someday (I'm not sure if there's any different dialogue for that in the game files, but if there is it's not enabled) even if already married to the PC.
