How do I get it?

- got it immediately after i returned to Nazir once i had picked up the gold from completing "Hail Sithis!" I told Nazir that the reward was 20,000 and the quest started.
could you add any pictures and descriptions of the different parts you can buy? for example, what is the poisoners nook? dont want to spend 19k on something worth nothing.
the prisoners nook comes with an alchemy lab and some harvestable plants. the torture chamber contains people you can torture (beat them with your fists for example), and some of them may yeild locations of dead drops with money in them.
anyone know if the storage containers respawn? or are they safe to store stuff in?
