Tandilwe

Tandilwe is an Altmer who is the Master Speechcraft trainer. During the day, she can be found in the Temple of the One in the Imperial City Temple District. She offers training only after every beggar in every City except Kvatch has been spoken to.

- The game's subtitles do not include the second part of the speech and Tandilwe's mouth does not move properly when she talks, so that seems to be a problem by the audio editors (The voice actor was unhappy with the first take and tried again, but the sound editors forgot to remove the first part of the recording and it was kept in the game).
