Tempest Island is a group dungeon in Malabal Tor in The Elder Scrolls Online.
This island of storms is one of the shrouded islands off the coast of Malabal Tor, a region known for its usually calm seas. Violent storms and gale winds have originated from this island for years, and scholars have risked its shores in search of the island's rumored magical properties, only to be stranded or killed on its storm-wrecked coast.[1][2]
