The Thalmor is the government of the Aldmeri Dominion in The Elder Scrolls Online.
It is made up of Altmeri Canonreeves, Bosmeri Treethanes, and a handful of Khajiit Chieftains, who serve as the ruling party in the Dominion.[1] The Thalmor also serves as the Dominion's diplomatic corps,[2] a para-military unit,[3] and the Committee of Alliance Relations.[4]
