Thalmor Robes are a set of enchanted clothing typically worn by Thalmor Justiciars and Wizards, agents of the Aldmeri Dominion, the Thalmor.

In the inventory menu, Thalmor Robes are visually identical to the Hooded Thalmor Robes and have the same effect. Viewed in third person while being worn, the only difference is there is no hood added to the former. Only the robes contain an enchantment, allowing them to be customised further to suite anyones personal tastes.

This is especially useful if the Extra Effect perk is unlocked, from the skill tree.

Perks

Functioning as clothing, the Thalmor Robes allow the Alteration perk, "Mage Armor" to double the effects of the Alteration spells, Ebonyflesh, Oakflesh, Ironflesh, and Stoneflesh.

Locations

There are several known Thalmor Agents that wear these robes:

• Ancano – during the quest The Eye of Magnus.
• Estormo – during the quest "The Staff of Magnus".
• Lorcalin – during the quest Elisif's Tribute.
• Ondolemar – located in Understone Keep, Markarth, killing him may incur a bounty.
• Rulindil – located in the Thalmor Embassy, during the quest Diplomatic Immunity.
• Sanyon – his corpse can be found at the Shrine of Talos Massacre in Falkreath Hold.

Northwatch Keep also contains several generic Thalmor Mages who wear these robes. However they do not respawn once the fortress has been cleared.
