The Anger of a King is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online: Orsinium.

King Kurog seems to be in a foul mood, which has affected everyone in the royal court. His shield-wife indicates that tensions at the keep are on the verge of boiling over. I wonder what happened to dampen the king's usually boisterous spirits?

Walkthrough[]
After completing "To Save a Chief," you will find Shield-Wife Razbela just outside The Greedy Gut. She will tell you that King Kurog has been in a foul mood and wants to speak with you.
Head over to Scarp Keep and speak with Kurog there. He suspects that Eveli Sharp-Arrow has turned against him, as she has been seen in the company of Chief Bazrag. Your next job is to find Eveli. The moment you leave the keep, you will be approached by a Breton named Owayine, who has a message from Eveli. He will tell you that Eveli said the letter itself is not really important, but what really matters is the beginning of every thought.
When you read Eveli's letter, it will appear to be gibberish. However, if you take the first word of every sentence, it will read "We are at the inn hidden room secret words Orcs don't smell." This indicates that Eveli is at the Greedy Gut. Head there, then up the stairs and turn left. Speak to the woman named Mulzah; once you tell her that Orcs do not smell, she will direct you to the hidden room in the storage area. Head down the stairs to your south and proceed through the corridor; you will find Eveli, Bazrag and High Priestess Solgra in a heated discussion.
Speak with Solgra and she will tell you that Bazrag was attacked at the same time the temple was attacked, so he could not have been behind that. She will tell you that the Vosh Rakh are planning something big, and she wants you and Eveli to invade their temple to the west to find out what they are planning. Go and speak with Eveli next; she is up the stairs. She will be upset that Solgra tricked and used her to free Bazrag, but she will agree to work with you on this.
Head to Paragon's Remembrance in the far west of Wrothgar. You will meet up with the other scouts just northwest of Siege Road Wayshrine. Speak with Eveli there and she will tell you that they have not found the temple's entrance and that there is probably no way in without getting attacked. However, she did notice some high-ranking, masked Vosh Rakh wander into an Echatere mating ritual to the west, which did not end well for them. She suggests that you go out there and retrieve the uniforms as a disguise.
You will find the bodies of the Vosh Rakh to the west; you will have to fight off the pair of echateres to get to them. Take the amulet off of one of the bodies; this will grant you the full disguise. This disguise will allow you to freely enter Paragon's Remembrance, further west. Once inside, take a turn to your right to meet with your companions, who are also in disguises. Speak with Eveli and she will suggest splitting up. She will look around here while you and Talviah Aliaria head into the Chambers of Loyalty.
Head through the door and proceed ahead. You will come upon someone holding a speech, declaring that those who pass the trials ahead will be able to take part in the Vosh Rakh's greatest mission. You must select a scroll to help you during the trials; you can speak with Elder Azulg for some more information. Each of the three scrolls contains a story from Orsimer legend; The Scroll of Avalian describes a particularly quick hero, The Scroll of Vaia describes one with a strong shield and The Scroll of Usunok describes a hero with great strength. Once you have read the scrolls, speak with Elder Akarah and choose a blessing for the trials ahead. Once you have made your choice, proceed and speak with Elder Yozth about the first trial.
For this trial, you will have to run around the room and activate four switches within a three minute time limit. The room will be tricky to navigate, and other Vosh Rakh will try to kill you as you do so. Once you have succesfully completed this trial, head through the corridor to the east and on to the council chamber. There, your final trial awaits; the Vosh Rakh council will demand that you kill Talviah to prove your devotion. You can either follow through with this, or you can kill the Vosh Rakh here and try to make your escape. If you choose to strike at the Vosh Rakh, [?].
If you attack Talviah, he will put up a fight, so be prepared. After he is dead, a vision of Forge-Mother Alga will appear and congratulate you; speak with her and she will reveal that she is the leader of the Vosh Rakh. The plan is to eliminate the clan chiefs at the moot, and to pin the blame on High Priestess Solgra. Her orders for you are to assist the Vosh Rakh storming the inn to get to Chief Bazrag.
After this, rendezvous with Eveli outside the Chambers of Loyalty. Tell her what you have learned to finish the quest. If you sacrificed Talviah, she will be upset with you.
