The Bloodfall Queen is part of the main quest of The Elder Scrolls: Blades. In this quest, the Fugitive has to find Urzoga gra-Batul, the Bloodfall Queen, and attempt to negotiate with her. The recommended player level for this quest is level 11. One secret can be found during this quest.

Walkthrough[]
The quest starts in a forest, where the hero must fight through six Skeleton Guardians and three Wights until they make it to a cave. At the mouth of the cave, an Outcast has to be defeated. Once inside the cave, a lever must be pulled to open a gate leading to the throne room of the Bloodfall Queen, known as Urzoga gra-Batul.
Aside from the now-named mercenary, Ugduk, four other mercenaries stand guard at the throne room, with another two mercenaries guarding the steps leading up to the Queen.
Wanum, the Queen’s advisor, is also first encountered here, as well as Edrien Geornis, the court wizard. The secret area can be unlocked by pulling a chain attached to the pillar closest to the staircase on the top.
