The Choosy Beggar is an inn located near the north gate of Bliss in the Shivering Isles.
The owner, Raven Biter, sells a few bottles of cheap alcohol and some smoked baliwog leg. Beds are 20 
per night. An alternate entrance is located on the second floor, and is accessible by a staircase east of the square. The owner's wife, Sheer Meedish, attempts to drink with anyone who visits the inn.
