"If we have to negotiate the terms to the negotiation, we will never get anywhere."

Hey guys, I hope all is well. We all know the deal, I say I hope you had a good week, I say we had stuff happen, then I may make a stupid joke. Not this time. This time I am telling you I will not be doing that, and say I watched Deadpool today. But this is not the Marvel wiki, so who cares right?

  • Atve has applied for Crat status. A Crat has a few more tools than an admin, but they are all of note. First, and Admin can handle any right changes, adding or removing them. Second, a Crats rights cannot be removed by another person, save themselves, or Wikia staff. Due to the high support, we are approving it and his new "tenure."
  • Due to various reasons, G0LD has resigned as chat mod. G0LD was a early editor for me to work with, so this should give an idea how long he has been a part of this community. I do hope he enjoys doing whatever he will be focusing on now, and I hope he finds that to be boring and return here soon.
  • Tim is looking for those with ESO to help with this list. You all edit, you should have an idea what the article needs :)
  • We have updated the front page to now show the featured image and article under the news tabs. This was agreed on some time ago to be done, and it is about time am I right?

  • Due to recent events and discussions, the community will be doing a re-eval of all current staff on the wiki, including Crats. This means, like last time, we will make sure that the community supports those with tools. We will set this up in the next week, and nominations, due to size, may last that long.
  • We are setting a tighter standard and enforcement of current policy on the use of profanity in chat. We still allow cursing in chat, but in moderation, and we have less tolerance for racial slurs.
  • We have made new changes to the template code. It would serve as a way to add some categories for The Elder Scrolls Online through the infobox, so that fewer categories would need to be added manually. These updated templates would read what you put in specific parameters and create categories for the article automatically.
  • Jarjar will be adding a new set of links that will appear near the chat bar, providing links to the wiki policies inside of the chat box
  • On further talks we agreed to tighten the reigns on other chat rules, we agreed to the following in terms on chat harassment.
    • 1. Flirting – if the other party has not voiced against it, and it doesn't insinuate sexual conduct, warning, kick, ban
    • 2. Attempts at sexual RP – no lines, instant warning then ban
    • 3. Attempts at soliciting nude photography – warning then ban
    • 4. Attempts at blackmail – instant IP block and report to wikia.

So as you can see, the Moot was a real busy. The next few weeks will be important for the wiki, so make sure to keep active on the wiki, no matter what, this wiki is here to record the games to the best of our abilities. No one is permanent, and if a wiki dies because people leave, then that wiki was already in a bad spot. Remember that we need a FA nomination if you do not have one already, the month is almost over. Take care, and happy editing. -Cheatcodechamp (talk) 02:49, February 28, 2016 (UTC)
