The Emperor's Courier is a main quest in The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall.

After having completed "The Beast", the Agent must speak to Mynisera in Castle Daggerfall. Mynisera will inform the Agent that she wishes to learn why a letter adressed to her was delivered to Queen Aubk-i. She sends the Hero out to find the emperor's courier and a knight of the dragon, who knows where the courier is located.
Go to the location provided to speak with the agent, who will provide the following information:
"I am Chrystyrrya Gaersly (Knight's name). I would not normally tell anyone who is not a Knight of the Dragon where to find Edwyval Ashwing (courier's name). However, I am loyal to Queen Mynisera, I also know that Edwyval Ashwing (courier's name) disembowled the last person that tried to ambush him. In 3 days he is due to be at Palace in Midbury (Palace town). Try him there."
Go to the Castle in the given town, and you will be greeted by the Knight of the Dragon:
"Ho! You should know that I am a Knight of the Dragon in service of the Emperor himself. If this is some ruse to ambush me, you will surely not live to regret it. Hmmm. Yes, I am Chrystyrrya Gaersly (Knight's name). This signet ring proves that you are indeed in the service of Mynisera. Some time ago I delivered a letter from the Emperor adressed to the Queen of Daggerfall. If I am not mistaken, Aubk-i is Queen of Daggerfall, not Mynisera. Tell Mynisera that I take my duties quite seriously. I would never knowingly deliver a missive to the wrong party. Queen Aubk-i gave me this Ring (Piece of jewelry) in gratitude. Show it to Mynisera so that she may know I am a loyal servant and faithful to my Order."
Return to Mynisera with the ring and the information and she will reward the Agent for their services.
