The Fair Deal is a general goods shop in Bravil located between Silverhome on the Water and the Bravil Fighters Guild.
The Fair Deal is run by the Bosmer merchant Nilawen. She sells various goods, and also the unique item the Robe of Creativity. Nilawen and her husband Nordinor live in the three-story building. They have two leveled chests, one in the closet on the right side when entering the shop, the other one is found on the third floor, in their bedroom.
From midnight until 4am every day, Nordinor sells Skooma in the alley beside the shop.
