The Flame of Dissent is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.
Background[]
The Knights of the Flame are divided over whether to attack the redguard [sic] [Do not change this to Redguard. This misspelled word is how it appears in-game.] army at Alcaire Castle. Sir Croix and other knights would potentially destroy the Covenant. They need to be stopped. I've agreed to rally knights to Sir Edmund's cause.
Objectives[]
- Convince knights to join the cause (4)
- Any knights loyal to Sir Croix will duel to the death. The Vestige must be prepared
- Talk to Sir Edmund
- Complete the quest
Walkthrough[]
Dame Quirin sends the Vestige to Sir Edmund where they learn that the knights are divided after Sir Hughes return and he needs help in organizing them in his cause. When entering the Keep there will be several knights willing to fight the Vestige, and if they win the duel against the knight, that knight will join forces with Sir Edmund.
After winning over four knights they should return to Sir Edmund and talk to him. He's convinced now they can retake the Keep and he has sent them to strategic positions. Let's get on with it now.
