The Harborage is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online. It is the second quest in the main questline. The Vestige is tasked to meet the Prophet who has found his safe haven to continue their quest to retrieve their soul. He welcomes them to the Harborage and invites them to enter his mind.

The Prophet contacted me through a magical projection. He asked me to seek out a place called the Harborage, where he has taken refuge. I should go to him and ensure that he is safe.

Walkthrough[]
When Vestige first enters a major city, The Prophet directs them to the new safe haven — The Harborage. The major city depends on the Alliance the Vestige belongs to. For the Aldmeri Dominion, the city is Vulkhel Guard, for the Daggerfall Covenant, it is Daggerfall, and for the Ebonheart Pact it is Davon's Watch.
The Prophet invites the Vestige to enter the Prophet's mind to learn why Molag Bal captured their souls in Coldharbour.
They see an Elder Scroll. The Prophet tells the Vestige their destiny is bound to the Five Companions, who tried to make Emperor Varen a Dragonborn. Mannimarco, the traitor, convinced Varen to attempt the failed ritual. The Vestige can also learn more about the Five Companions and how The Prophet ended up in Coldharbour.
The Soulburst allowed Molag Bal to enter the world and take souls from many of its inhabitants.
The Prophet concludes the journey into his mind with an ultimatum: they must stop Molag Bal and his Dark Anchors, or the world is doomed. They return to the cave, and he adds that it is The Vestige's story now. They must assemble the Five Companions, the first of which they already know — Lyris Titanborn. The Prophet plans to rescue her, but it will take time. He suggests the Vestige tracks down Mannimarco's agents and expose them. He will contact them when the time is right. Completing the quest will reward them the ring Prophet's Recollection, and a sum of
