The Long Game is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online: Thieves Guild.

Quick walkthrough

1. Meet Walks-Softly at the Harbor.
2. Eavesdrop Captain Evani or Steal Captain Evani's Log.
   1. Stealing the Captain's Log from the Dreamsnake.
   2. Eavesdrop on Captain Evani and her contact.
3. Speak with Quen on the docks.
4. meet with Silver-Claw in his shop.

Walkthrough

Zeira has concerns about an ambitious merchant lord named Cosh. She wants to learn if his interests overlap with those of the Thieves Guild.

Zeira sent the others to see what they could learn. Walks-Softly is waiting for me nearby---I should speak with him first. I can find him at the Abah's Landing harbor.

Head down the harbor in Abah's Landing. You will see the argonian sitting in a chair wearing a dark brown jacket with purple sleeves.

Walks-Slowly gets up and says, "You're right on time. What did our esteemed guildmaster tell you?"

After informing him that the Guldmaster sent you, he will tell you he has found something. He informs you of the captain of the Dreamsnake and that they have a bad history together. He continues on to say that she is meeting a contact and leaves her documents secured in the Dreamsnake.

From here you are given the choice to either eavesdrop on Captain Evani or Steal Captain Evani's Log.

Stealing Captain Evani's Log

The Dreamsnake is located south of where you meet Walks-Softly in the harbor. Upon boarding the ship, there will be a crew member to your left washing the deck, and a door on the right with an Intermediate Lock to pick.

Once in, there will be a staircase going down with a crew member watching over it. Below deck, there is another crewmember that patrols back and forth the length of the ship. The log will be in the second room towards the rear of the ship.
