The Signet Ring is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls Online.

Walkthrough[]
Upon completing "Pursuing the Shard," Count Hosni at-Tura will task you with getting his family's signet ring for his betrothal to Lady Adima. His father has the ring, but will not hand it over as he disapproves of Lady Adima.
The father is in the guesthouse in the northwest of the estate. If you head up to the roof of the guesthouse, you will find a copy of To Dream Beyond Dreams, so be sure to pick that up. Either way, speak with the count's father, Lord Rihad at-Tura, and he will tell you that the ring confers ownership of the estate. Rihad fears that if he gives it to Hosni, Hosni will see no reason not to kill him and his wife. He will ask you to go make sure that his wife Lady Sirali at-Tura is safe; she can be found in the summer house just northwest of the estate.
Head to the summer house and speak to Sirali. She will tell you she thinks Lady Adima is with the Supernal Dreamers; if you tell her of Hosni's involvement in stealing the Dream Shard, she will theorise that he stole it for her. This conversation will finish this quest and start the next one, "Evidence Against Adima."
