1. Talk to Captain Kaleen at the Screaming Mermaid tavern

Walkthrough

After helping either Jakarn, Crafty Lerisa, or Neramo, they will direct the Vestige to Captain Kaleen in Port Hunding. Upon doing so, the quest will complete and "The Spearhead's Crew" will begin.
