The Spiced Wine is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim in which the Dragonborn must assist Evette San in getting her spice shipment from Vittoria Vici.
Objectives
- Convince Vittoria Vici to release the Spiced Wine shipment
- Tell Evette San that Vittoria Vici agreed to release the shipment
Walkthrough
If the Dragonborn engages Evette San in conversation at her market stall, she will ask them if they have a few minutes to run down to the docks. There is a shipment of spices that the East Empire Company is holding up. She wants the Dragonborn to convince them to release the shipment.
Going to the docks and entering the East Empire building, they will meet Vittoria Vici behind the counter. She is thinking about her impending wedding, but directs her attention to the Dragonborn anyway. If the Dragonborn asks her about the spice shipment, she will announce that there is a 2,000 
tariff to be paid. The Dragonborn has the choice to either pay the tariff, persuade Vittoria to waive the tariff or bribe her. If they possess an Amulet of Dibella, it can prove useful in passing the speech check necessary to persuade her. If the Dragonborn succeeds in either option, she will let them know that she enjoys spiced wine, and that the shipment will be delivered soon.
After returning to Evette and notifying her of their success, she will give the Dragonborn two bottles of spiced wine as a reward for the efforts they undertook.
