The Spine is a series of islands found west of Stros M'kai and east of the Isle of N'Gasta. Fragile rope bridges connect the area together, and can lose multiple wooden boards when triggered. At the end of The Spine, there is a skeletal boatman which can take travelers to the Isle of N'Gasta.
