The Swimmer is a unique horker in The Elder Scrolls III: Bloodmoon. It can be found northwest of the Water Stone on a small island just off the coast. It appears during the quest "The Ritual of Water," where it will lead the Nerevarine to Stahlman's Gorge where the Waters of Life, required for the quest, can be found.

Trivia

• If the player saves and reloads after the Swimmer started leading the player to Stahlman's Gorge, it may stop moving. ^{confirmation needed}
• Unlike generic horkers, the Swimmer is black.
