Thendas Manor is a location found in The Elder Scrolls III: Tribunal.
Descrition[]
The building is located in Godsreach, Mournhold. It is owned and inhabited by Arnsa Thendas who has lately lost her husband Sandas. Although the house is called "manor," its interior is quite small, containing only one room. Arnsa is currently preparing an estate sale to pay the debts of her late husband.[1]

Arnsa is preparing an estate sale to sell some of her husband's effects. One of those effects is a Droth Dagger, a unique item that her neighbour, Geon Auline seeks for his collection. He tasks the Nerevarine with obtaining the dagger from Arnsa.
