The Thieves Guild is a faction in The Elder Scrolls Online: Thieves Guild. In Abah's Landing, the guild is being hunted by the Iron Wheel for a high-stakes heist in Taneth that went horribly wrong. The Vestige can become their newest recruit, with tasks involving stealing from the shadows, and recovering lost treasures to restore the guild's reputation.

Quests offered by Spencer Rye become available after completing "The Sailor's Pipe" and involve recovering an item at a location in Hew's Bane. Heists are offered at the heist board after completing "Master of Heists" and "The Long Game" and involve entering a contained area to steal items. Non-repeatable side quests specific to members of the guild become available as the Vestige increases their Thieves Guild skill. After Partners in Crime has been completed, a new skill tree is unlocked. It can be found under the Factions subsection and is made up of passive skills:
Finders Keepers – Thieves Trove are caches that are located all over Tamriel. They can only be opened by members of the Thieves Guild. (Unlocked at Thieves Guild rank 1)
Swiftly Forgotten – Bounty is decreased by __ after 3 minutes. Heat is decreased by __ after 3 seconds.
| |
Haggling – Treasure Items sold at a fence are worth __% more. Does not apply to Laundering.
| |
Clemency – When a guard accosts you, you may use Clemency once per day. If used, the Guard will not arrest you or take your money and stolen goods. Additionally, Guards will not attempt to accost you for 1 minute after you use Clemency unless you commit other crimes. (Unlocked at Thieves Guild rank 4)
Timely Escape – When you have bounty and are in combat, you have a chance to spot a "Footpad" in a town with a Refuge. Interacting with the Footpad will transport the player safely into the nearest Refuge. (Unlocked at Thieves Guild rank 7)
