Walkthrough[]
In Bludrath's House in Orsinium, you will find a woman named Dagarha. She will tell you that the Winterborn are in Honor's Rest searching for the Vengeful Eye, a relic of Malacath. She will ask you to head there and stop him.
Head to Honor's Rest, which is southwest of the Unfinished Dolmen and south of the Boreal Forge. Head in and proceed to the door to the catacombs. In the catacombs, you will find a man named Kyrtos; speak with him and he will tell you that while he is a Winterborn, he does not wish for his people to find the Eye. He thinks it is better for both the Winterborn and the Orcs if the Winterborn return to the Reach and leave the Orcs alone, rather than competing for relics of a god who views them as playthings.
Time to start searching for the Eye. Head into the main room, then east along the river. Follow the river to its end; you will find the Eye in a weathered box east of the river. Once you have it, return to Kyrtos. He will tell you to either sell the Eye in Orsinium, take it to Malacath's Shrine east of Orsinium or destroy it at that shrine.
If you choose to take it back to Orsinium, head back to Dagarha and give it to her to finish the quest. If you bring it to the shrine, [?]. If you choose to destroy it at the shrine, [?]

Trivia[]
- Kyrtos will approve of the destruction of the eye, saying that this will let Malacath see that we are strong enough to deny the will of a Daedric Prince.
