Returning to the topic of being evil in Skyrim.
Considering the state of affairs in Skyrim, I'd say completely ignoring everything and watch the Province burn to the ground from everything that's going on is plenty evil enough. This is especially the case when the LDB has the power to stop many of these events. Like being guilty of inaction as one with power to save all.
This is something like a head canon.
In the aftermath of all (Note you didn't negotiate peace between Stormcloaks and Imperials and the Dragon War dragged on unnecessarily long)
You can add greater hypocrisy using excuse that "I am the godly superior last Dragonborn who is always right and defender of order in Tamriel who will only take action when threat is real" (While watching Alduin threaten to unmake the world but still shameless claim you see the world in a godly superior greater picture and you stupid inferior mortals have no right to question my dictatorshi- I mean my fairest, most unbiased judgement)
You can either help Stormcloaks drive out the Imperials or Imperials to reclaim Skyrim after the civil war weakens the Province sufficiently before taking action against the winning faction. If Imperials are winning, you use excuse that the Imperials are destroying order of the world and go "shut up with your petty mortal arguments!" and Fus Ro Dah whoever tries to use logic and reason to argue with you.
Then you leave the pretty much destroyed Skyrim in hands of the losers so Skyrim is in the worst possible shape and shamelessly claim you saved Skyrim.
I mean you are evil, so people's sufferings and free speech are not your concern.
