- The Elder Scrolls: Legends - there's a lot of exciting things going on this weekend!
- Team Rankstar's Masters Series Qualifier #1 begins today at 12PM EDT. Today's part will be unofficially streamed at Silverfuse's channel. The tournament will pause today at the round of eight, and the final eight players will return tommorow (also starting at 12PM EDT) to finish the tournament. That'll be streamed at the official channel. You can sign up for the next three Qualifiers here.
- There's a new developer diary about designing Alliance War cards and the way the devs learned from their mistakes.
- The Elder Scrolls: Blades is still undergoing various updates.
- The latest May 8th update increased gem rewards for daily (4 gems now) and weekly (12 gems now) jobs. It also fixed multiple bugs and issues with the game, such as errors with the main menu not closing after a successfull login, communication error when returning to the minimized game, problems with Google login and data usage popup bugs in portrait orientation.
Online
- If you've always wanted a trip to Germany, The Elder Scrolls Online Tavern will occur on May 31st (6:00PM to 12:30AM CET) in Wiesbaden. It's a meeting with ZeniMax Online Studios employees to celebrate the release of The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr. The event itself is free, but you have to sign up for it by sending an email to community_de@bethsofteurope.com with the subject "Elsweyr Release Event" to confirm your attendance. The organizers will provide a shuttle service from the train station, so if you are interested in the departure times, let them know in the same email. You can read the official news entry here.
- Alfred Molina, the voice actor playing Abnur Tharn talks about his character in a recently released video. What does he like about Abnur and how does he feel about playing him? It's just a 4-minute video, so you'll certainly find time to find out!
- You can learn even more about the charming mage with a receding hairline in the newest Meet The Character article. He's had 7 wives, 16 children, and is skilled enough in playing politics to enter a true Game of Thrones in The Elder Scrolls universe.
- There's a new news entry on Sunspire, a new Trial in The Elder Scrolls Online: Elsweyr. The dragon Nahviintaas with two other dragons has convinced the monks at the Temple of the First Cat that he is Alkosh. The Vestige has to kill the false god - and, unfortunately, his followers who were tricked. The trial has three bosses who are all dragons and all have their own Hard Mode, a new feature in ESO Trials. What's more, you can learn more about the Temple and Alkosh during the Trial's quest. You can read more about the Trial and its rewards (new light armor set, a skin and a mount!) here.
