I find it fascinating how Boethiah appears in Skyrim and how Boethiah appears in Raven Rock. It is almost as though the perspective of the Nine Divines corrupts the image of Boethiah in Skyrim.

Well, the Dunmer worship the three "good daedra": Azura, Boethiah and Mephala.
you sure bohetia is "good"? i know that azura is good but bohetia ?
because you know a god that demandes sacrefices and wants you figth to the death in hell to get a golden sword or asks his worshipers to kill each cant possibly be evil rigth ?

"Good" ? Daedra don't have a morale. They are concepts.
Boethiah is the embodiement of the concept of Betrayal. She does what she is. The Dunmer/Chimer (the Chimer worshipped them once) worship her, because it was Boethiah who showed the Chimer back then the lies of the Aedra and the Psijic Endeavor.
Calling a daedra "good" or "evil" doesn't make any sense. The Dunmer call Azura, Boethiah and Mephala the "good daedra" because they were the ones who helped the Dunmer. The "bad daedr", Mehrunes Dagon, Molag Bal, Sheogorath and Malacath are called "bad" because they represent "trials" that the Dunmer have to solve. But none of them is "good" or "bad" , if you know what I mean.

P.s how is sargent Dornan going did he already have a strok from all the stress and anger
Actually, Boeithiah is unlaful authority and uprising. Mephala, from what can be assumed, is lies and betrayal. However, you are correct that no Daedra is good. They have no mortal sense and good and evil. The most merciful, or kind Daedra, is Azura, as she often is seen as more forgiving. Meridia was orginally Aedra, but was sent to Oblivion and became a Daedric prince for misuse of magic (This could or could not be true, it's speculation) so she could be seen as more good, as like Arkay, she hates undead. But, like I said, that is not concrete information.
But good and bad are all about perspective and definition, so I get what you are saying, and you make an accurate and valuable statement.

As far as I know, Mephala is the Daedric prince of lies, murder and...se.x. Boethiah is the Daedric prince of deceit, conspiracy, secret plots of murder, assassination, treason, and unlawful overthrow of authority.
I think sex falls under Sanguine's sphere of influence, since he IS the daedra of hedonism, debauchery, and dark indulgences.
This is a rather old thread to dig back up again, but Vivec and Mephala states:
"As known in the West, Mephala is the demon prince of murder, sex, and secrets. All of these themes contain subtle aspects and violent ones (assassination/genocide, courtship/orgy, tact/poetic truths); Mephala is understood paradoxically to contain and integrate these contradictory themes."
I am sure it is not too uncommon for spheres to overlap to a certain extent, it appears to be the case with other Daedric Princes.
