  • Ive reached the point where im supposed to read the dragon scroll in the time-wound. every time I try to it doesnt open the way its supposed to, the game thinks its a normal book. so when opened the back ground freezes and it says on the bottom left hand side says i can scroll pages. It how ever doesnt freeze my game. Ive obtained the scroll early in the game and cant go back to a previous save :'(. this seems to be a first because I cant find anything about this bug online. Im on the xbox version btw. thanks

    • I'm guessing you have tried reading the Elder Scroll at the Time Wound location at the Throat of the World, as this is where it is meant to be used.

Uninstalling the game on the Hard dive may help, as your save file's are separate to the game file's. Reinstalling the game after clearing patch update's and game file's, add-on's as well, usually help's with a lot of bug's on X360. Be aware that you may lose item's from the Add-on's when you Un / Reinstall to the Hard drive and download the patches again.

    • Same problem on the remaster for xb1 did that end up working for you?

    • Same problem I would have to backtrack over 60 hours of time I pinpointed the issue to a 45 minute window where I had completed Waking Nightmare and when I'm trying to deliver to blood in Discerning the Transmundane. Still can't figure out what caused the scroll to act this way .
