Recap: After the Emperor's assassination, a fragile alliance was formed between Commander Larrius Scinia, the ruthless merchant Telemachus Dion, the psychotic Bosmer Set, the undercover cultist and second in command of the Rising Sun Julie, the Seer Fia Shadow-Scar, her companion and loyal servant Fang Fr'aj, Julie's apprentice Ja'rok and Xavier.
All of the Roleplayers can begin in the slave camp (near Bruma). Several members of the companionship reside there, who are currently trying to defeat Telemachus and stop his holocaust.
Alternatively, roleplayers could start as a member of Telemachus' group or as a member of the Rising Sun (The cult who assassinated the Emperor).

"I know but we didn't have a choice... The longer that we sit in that inn, the more chance there is of Aratius coming back to finish us off. Let's just... get back."
Set began to walk away, presuming that Julie would follow, however, something happened that was in her earshot. The sound of one of the discarded weapons being kicked echoed, ever so slightly, just to Julie's left.
"Oh really?" Julie snapped. "I never knew that! It's not like we came here to get weapons to help or anything!" The Dunmer grumbled. "Now if yo don't have anything useful to say, my friends need me." She muttered, turning and starting to walk out the door.
"I'm beginning to think that you're right... They need more rest and if we all fail, at least Ri- Your mom and Jack can handle things, its stupid sending all of us at once." Set replied, nodding in agreement.
The Dunmer rolled her eyes, lowering herself as she brought her sword up to her face and held it infront of her eyes. "Why him?" She growled. "You could've taken anyone else..." The Dunmer ran forwards, swinging her katana to the side. "Like me!" She seethed, as she swung.
Julie spun round, sparks flying as their blades connected and clashed. "I'm not weak!" She insisted, shoving the Imperial away from her and stepping back. "They wouldn't have made it half as far without me!"
Julie stepped backwards, almost falling over her own feet in her desperation to avoid getting stabbed in the stomach again. She pulled her sword away, twirling it and resting it on her shoulder. "Them..." She panted, still denying the truth.
The Dunmer jumped to the side, dropping her maces to save weight. Her sword and bow were all she needed. "I was..." She paused, thinking. "I was...irrational when I did that..." she muttered, shaking her head and re-readying herself, beckoning for the Imperial to make a move.
Julie kept her focus on Ariana, she had faith in Isis. "That's not true!" She shrieked, over the sound of roaring flames. "I would stop you! I'd do anything to stop you! I spent most of my time trying to get them together!" She rambled, growing frantic.
"It wasn't my fault he picked me!" Julie yelled, running in and swinging away at Ariana again.
Julie sighed, ramming her katana through a mistforms gut and pulling the blade horizontally until it faded away. "You can't be seriously saying that now!" She yelled over the battle. "Rie, you're my best friend, and I'll call you what I want!"
Maria decapitated a mist-from, grinding her foot into the twitching body's ankle until it faded. "I can say what I want! Don't you understand? You two left me! And after everything we've been through, you two are going to leave ma again!
So forgive me if I'm upset!
Best friends, huh? We're going to forget about each other, so don't give me that crap!"
"Oh for fuck...Maria!" Julie bellowed, ploughing through the Mist Forms until she caught up with her. "You still love him don't you!?" She called, out of everyone elses earshot before getting whacked in the arm by a Mist-Forms shield. She roared in retaliation and swung her katana furiously, hacking away at it until it vanished.
"Maria..." Julie panted, standing back-to-back with her. "Don't try to hide it. If you didn't still love him, you would want to come with us..." She paused, wiping the sweat from her forehead and catching her breath.
"I didn't want him to pick me, Rie. And I..." She paused again, her voice breaking.
"I'm truly sorry. For everything...for everything I've put you through."
Julie shrugged. "I think that idea was a little outlandish, even for us lot no?" She beamed, holding her blade in two hands and throwing all her weight into a rapid spin with and angry snarl. SHe paused, holding her sword out to the side as several Mist-Forms faded away around her.
"I wouldn't mind something nice and small by the sea..."
(Okay...I can barely keep my eyes open again xD Bedtime for me! <3)
Julie rested her katana on her shoulder again, strutting around confidently. "It might sound perfect, but its far too dangerous for a wedding..." She mused, beckoning to a few more mist-forms. "I mean, there might not even be a wedding. It depends on whether we survive all this...shit or not!" Julie stopped talking as she concentrated. She began sprinting to the Mist-Form closest to her, her sword trailing along the ground as she brought the blade upwards, catching the creature in its chin and slicing its head in half.
"I'll survive. I have to..." She panted, showing signs of mental strain after her battle with Ariana. "The strong survive. And I...
This is some kind of trick D: Maria and Jack can't die!)
Fia, disturbed by the way Cyrus acted, was literally burning holes in the ground, Mist-Form after Mist-Form dissapeared as they charged at her, "Burn! Burn! All of you just... BURN!" Fia yelled at the top of her lungs.
She was absorbing the very essence of the Mist-Forms, regenerating any magicka she lost from casting her spells.
"Break away the spell and cast aside this Illusion!" Fia yelled as she caused a Mass Dispel to activate, a purple circle stretched 70 meters around her as the Mist-Forms dissolved into thin air.
(Actually, my post was late. I posted it and then refreshed to see another three posts since. XD)
Xervish and Set were cut off from the rest of the group, they fought together, taking on the vast bulk of the horde, completely oblivious to Julie and Maria's struggle as they were lost in the crowd.
"Get the fuck out my way!" Set immediately snapped at one of the mist figures, which approached him, in an effort to be intimidating. It didn't work though as Set wasn't remotely afraid of this creature...
The creature failed to oblige and so, Set marched towards it, letting his sword hang by his side before he raised it in the air and struck down on the creature. It burst into a cloud of smoke as he brought his sword down on it, not nearly as satisfying as killing a living thing...
The Bosmer turned around and slowly marched towards his estimated direction of the Julie and Maria but the mist creatures were so thick, it was very difficult to tell which way was the right way to go. He had been cutting through these mist forms for what felt like hours and he quickly noticed that he was slowly getting surrounded; his aggression and skill were the only things keeping them at bay.
"Where..." He panted as he felt some sweat roll down his face and stick to the scab on his cheek.
"Where the fuck is Xerv-"
He was cut off as one of the mist creatures leapt through the air and attacked him, holding its sword above its head and bringing it down on him. He managed to raise his sword arm to block it but it trembled under the force of the blow, causing him to stumble back, almost dropping his sword.
Set eventually built up the strength to return the strike before spinning around and decapitating a shadow creature that was coming up behind him. The Bosmer pushed forward, desperate to get through to find Julie or Isis as he feared for both of their safeties. He continued to push through, jumping up and head butting one of the mist figures, causing it to stumble back before he rammed his chest into its stomach. He ran over to the next one and smashed his hilt in its face, repeatedly as if he wanted to punish every enemy that got in his way individually.
Set had been working through the mist forms for hours, finding himself heavily fatigued as he doubled over and began to pant, heavily as his legs turned to jelly. He was going to give way, any second now and when he did, it was over...
Julie... He groaned and took another step forward as he saw another mist figure approach, having to wrap both hands around the one handed sword's hilt as he clumsily swung it upright, taking off the creature's head. To say that he was losing hope was an understatement... Every mist creature that he killed, another seemed to take its place. He wasn't even sure if had moved at all, over the last fifteen minutes, all he knew was that he was getting surrounded and he was running out of time.
The Bosmer rolled his shoulder and continued to march on, this would be over soon. It had to be...
Had to be...
Set clutched his fist once more, bringing his sword up to his eye and marching forward again, striking diagonally, left and right as he hacked and slashed his way through a few more mist creatures. This was a waste of strength and effort as he found himself surrounded again, it was like they had built a wall around him, to stop him from intervening...
"G-Give me a f-fuckin' break..." He slurred, doubling over so that his sword was touching the ground, he was barely able to keep his head up and look them in the eye. Those featureless, laser like, eyes of the mist people just stared at him as they slowly advanced, Set did his best to build up as much anger as possible, to replenish his strength but his anger reserves had been depleted as he found himself overwhelmed by despair...
The figures just surrounded him, closing in and obscuring his vision as they homed in on him, like they were giving him the go ahead to drop his sword. The hilt slipped out of the Bosmer's grasp and fell to the floor, with a clatter, the mist warriors closed in on him, closer and closer as he dropped to his knees.
No... Set couldn't even think anymore as he felt a boot press against his arm and push him onto his back, looking up at the mist figures as they stood over him, their weapons raised, ready to bring them down and finish him off.
He kept his gaze fixed on the swords above him as they hovered over his body, watching them as they were brought down, unable to resisting wincing and shutting his eye to block it out.
Set didn't feel any pain and if they were going to kill him, they would have done it by now. Something was stopping them...
Suddenly, a bright light hit his face, causing the mist figures to turn around and face it as something emerged from the carnage. The Bosmer opened his eye to see one of the mist figures look around, only to get hit by a life-drain spell, which caused it to dissolve into a red mist and flow into the one assaulting it. Prompting the rest of them to look up and see their attacker, they immediately left Set as he was in no condition to fight and they approached the mage, ready to deal with the threat as quickly as possible.
All ten of them burst into a cloud of red smoke, which hovered in the air for a second before drawing towards its master. The Mage immediately began to approach Set, standing over them as a silhouette as the bright light from behind obscured most of their features. His eye widened as it approached and immediately cast a paralysis spell on him, ensuring that he couldn't move before it knelt by his side and got to work.
The figure grabbed hold of his cheek and rolled his head to left, so that it was in his blind spot, whether this was deliberate or not was uncertain. He immediately felt pain in his neck, a small incision had been made with a blade but he didn't feel like he was losing blood, even if the cut did sting like hell.
Over the next few minutes, he faded in and out of consciousness, whenever he was awake he felt cold and clammy... I like something dead was inside and whoever this person was, they seemed to be touching the cut on his neck a lot, though it didn't hurt anymore. In fact... he felt nothing...
He lay there, limp as the mage continued to 'work' on him, unable to think or feel anything, his only movements were the occasional, involuntary shifts, from where the mage had touched him or leant on him.
After what felt like a few hours, which could have been for all Set knew, he heard the zapping sound and an overwhelming light hit his retina as he faded away for the last time...
"Maria! Jack!" Julie bellowed, gazing into the hole that had formed in the ground and swallowed them up. "Gods...this was a mistake..." She whispered to herself, panting heavily as Fias magic kept a large portion of the army at bay. "M-maria...J-jack..." The Dunmer extended her hand into the shadowy depths, unable to see anything. She didn't know if they were alive or dead. "I-I...I couldn't protect them..." She mumbled to herself, almost crying now. "I r-really am w-weak..." With a huge weight resting heavily on her soul, Julie pulled herself to her feet, looking around the battlefield for her Bosmer. When she couldn't see him, Julie began to panic, she shoved her way through hundreds of the creatuers, frantically calling out his name, doing her best to ignore the bashes, slashes and arrows of the army.
The Dunmer whipped round, spying the other. "No!" She shrieked, cutting her way through a few creatures and stumbling forwards. "He isn't here! I'm behind you!" Her voice sounded like it wanted to give up, even inside Xervish's head.
"Are you a vampire or not!?" Julie shouted, panic very clear in her voice, face and body language as she sprinted over to the three mist-forms, her sword trailing a line in the dirt, flicking mud up at them before she started hacking away. "Detect his life!"
"I did but these damnable things seem to block out the signal!" Xervish snapped at her, he didn't seem to notice or care that she was upset and he felt insulted that she didn't give him that much credit.
He looked up and blasted through them a little with his drain life spell, turning them into a red mist and absorbing them, building up his own power.
"It wouldn't be so bad but there's no end to these bastard things!"
"Then you're useless and I'm wasting mytime talking to you!" The Female Dunmer snapped back, angrily rushing off into the crowd as she cut a line through them. She began calling out his name again. "Set!? Set!!"
Julie stopped in the middle of a crowd. "I..." She paused, her sword shaking in her hand as she stared down several of the creatures. "He would've heard me by now..." Her sword shook faster, tears building up in her eyes as she recklessly charged in, not caring for all the cuts and stabs she was recieving. The Dunmer slashed quickly, spinning round and dispatching most of them. "Please...Set...Answer me!"
"W-where is he then!?" Julie shouted, whipping round and glaring at the Dunmer, her disregard for everyone else was very clear. "H-he can't be...N-no..." Julie spun round again, charging forward some more, yelling in grief with tears streaming out behind her.
"No!" Julie insisted. "He can't be. He's strong! Unlike me, he can survive!" She spun round again, still searching frantically for her Bosmer. She wouldn't give up until she had confirmation. "He's alive. He's here. He HAS to be!"
"Isis is up there fighting Aratius right. Now." Julie seethed, pointing to the exploded dome of the tower as if it wasn't already clear enough. "Why would he take time out of THAT to vanish Set away." She sighed loudly, it turning into a pained wail of frustration and loss as she shuffled through the dirt to pick up her sword again. She didn't even bother cleaning it before venting her frustrations on a Mist-Form, hacking its leg off and stabbing at it repeatedly.
"It was just a suggestion, I didn't say that he was directly involved..." Xervish grumbled, spinning around to see three of the mist creatures before his eyes. He charged up two shock spells and blasting the three of them, causing them to expand and burst into a thick cloud of smoke.
"Perhaps we'll have a better chance of finding him, if we regroup..." Xervish muttered, growing a little frustrated with her hysteria. He respected Solaris, a lot more than he respected most but Eilonwyn could be so... unstable at times. One of the few things that Xervish struggled to respect about Solaris was his judgement as his own personal feelings often got in the way, when picking his officers.
"Maybe if we have an extraction point, Set will be able to find us."
"Crovenhoft..." Julie mumbled, spinning round and decapitating another Mist-Form. "If we're gonna find him anywhere after this, it'll be there." She whispered, her breathing still heavy. "If he's okay..."
"He will be, he might have just gotten lost or something, don't assume the worst just yet." Xervish advised, looking around before hitting another mist creature with a lightning bolt.
Set awoke in a dark, dank, almost dungeon like room. He was lay on a slab, which had been propped up against the wall, his wrists and shins were strapped to it with leather straps and a small light hovered above his head.
The Bosmer groaned as he awoke, wincing as the little cut on his neck stung from where someone had cut it. He immediately began to look around, growing panicked by his lack of knowledge as far as his surroundings were concerned.
As if they were responding to his cries, footsteps approached him and someone in green robes emerged from the darkness. Their clunky boots stepped on after the other as their pale hands, with long, slender fingers came into view before her face was revealed to him, chapped and scarred.
"S-Set..." Marcia choked, tears building up in her eyes.
"Maria and Jack fell down a hole. Probably dead." The Dunmer said, her voice emotionless as she denied the possibility from herself. It was taking everything she had to not run off and search for her Bosmer.
Xervish continued to push forward, she was heading in the right direction.
He never got to fight alongside Eilonwyn or Solaris as they were rarely in the same room together, Xervish was given his position as a no-brainer, considering that he was highly qualified and he didn't exactly have any form of relationship with either of them.
The Dunmer was tempted to transform, making this a lot easier but he had to save his power for stronger enemies.
Julie swung around her. She moved so fast it was like the very air was turned into a weapon for her to use. Mist-Forms fell to her blade and exploded to Xervish's magic. She had lost so much in such a short time, she felt numbed. Cuts appeared without her realising as she kept on ushing forwards...
Xervish was growing more and more frustrated as the mist creatures built up, he began to cry out in frustration as he blasted more lightning at them. In truth, it was actually starting to hurt to cast spells but he wasn't about to let up, not when the citadel was in sight.
"We're almost there, don't let up for the sake of the Nine!"
Julies arms trembled as she had to force herself to move away from the fire. She scrambled backwards, placing her head to the floor, her fists clenched. "It's all my fault...They're all dead because of...
"You were always weak Aratius... Always desperate for power and for Solaris' attention, it was amusing at first, then it got sad and now? It's irritating..." Xervish took off and hovered a few feet away from the creature, ready to dodge him, if he were to attack. He charged up a drain life spell, behind his back...
"Personally, I think it would be far more cruel to let you carry on with your pathetic existence but that's not a luxury that I can afford!" He finished by blasting Aratius with the spell.
He glanced down to Eilonwyn, who was just crying on the floor, causing him to roll his eyes. Xervish grinned as he saw how close he was to the dragon's eyes and blasted at one of them, with a lightning spell.
The strength of Aratius' paw(?) hit him full on, knocking him out of the sky as his ribs began to throb. He fell several feet before being able to move his wings, hovering just above the ground as he was about to hit it.
He conjured a Dremora before running over to Eilonwyn, grabbing hold of her and shaking her.
"You were right all along Aratius..." Julie mumbled, turning round to peer at the wall of scales surrounding her. Her breathing heavy in the darkness. "I really am weak. Useless...Worthless..." Julie held her hand out in front of her face, imagining Set placing his in it. She smiled softly.
"Trust me my dear, we have some idea..." Xervish grumbled, taking a look at the dragon's face and kicking it with his boot.
"Does that answer your question?" The Dunmer smirked at the dead dovah before turning back to Isis and offering his hand. He was in a good mood as Aratius was like an itch, that he just couldn't scratch and he was in a good mood, now that he was dead.
Julie pulled aay, smiling awkwardly before she walked over to Aratius seemingly dead body and pulled her sword out of his chin with a grunt. She flicked the blood off her blade and strode round to the other end, sticking it up by his tail.
The Dunmer removed her blade, staring at it with a disgusted face before she flicked the blood off once again and re-sheathed it. She slowly shuffled over to the pair. "Isis. Can you come with me back to the battlefield? I need your help."
Julie walked out the dome with Isis and Xervish following behind. She led them over to the hole in the ground. "Your mother and Jack...they fell down there. I swore I wouldn't abandon them again. Can you tell if they're alive or not?"
"I don't know, it's... so faint, it could be anything..." Xervish stumbled forward, clutching his head as he turned back into a Dunmer. Thankfully, his clothes had returned to normal, something that he had mastered some time ago.
"I don't know..." Julie mumbled sadly, growing annoyed at herself once again. "But he's disappeared. I don't even know if he's alive or not..." She strained as she pulled herself to her feet, sighing heavily and rubbing her eyes.
Julie smiled, placing a warm hand on Isis' shoulder. "What I need...is for you to rest." She whispered. "And try to communicate with your mother somehow. Let her know we haven't abandoned her okay? It's important, and only you can do it." The Dunmer squeezed her shoulder. "Besides..." She grinned, the Crow Amulet dangling from her wrist.
"I believe I'm owed something for helping to get rid of Aratius."
"Thank you Isis. I'll be back as soon as I can okay?" The Dunmer sighed, her smile falling as she turned away and headed out of the Citadel. She raised her arm up in front of her and stared into the Amulets eyes.
"Can you find him for me?" She asked, tilting her head as she walked through the forest, looking for any trace of him. "I need this..."
