Just wondering...I attacked an Imperial camp and found the commander to be essential. I want to max out my two-handed so I whaled away at him for a bit, but didn't notice the bar going up any - it's pretty high already so I know it would take quite a lot to make it level up.
CAN you use essential NPCs to level up combat skills? Does it make any difference if you attack them while they're recovering?
