  • (Part 1)(Part 2)(Part 3)(Part 4)(Part 5)

The year is 4E 201. Signs of the prophecy of the End Times are showing themselves. Alduin the World-Eater's return is inevitable. The citizens of Skyrim fear their impending doom. But there is still a way to stop Alduin, there is one he fears. The prophecy calls him the Last Dragonborn, but what if the prophecy was wrong? What if Akatosh blessed many instead of one? What if instead of one Last Dragonborn there were many Dragonborns of Skyrim?

It has been two days since the mysterious dragon attack on Helgen. Only a few survived the ordeal(Ulfric, Tullius, Ralof, Hadvar, Elenwen and any other important NPC I may have forgotten). The news of the attack spreads throughout Skyrim.

(Yes this is basically TESV: Skyrim multiplayer. So everything from the game is present in the RP. That includes quests/NPCs/Creatures/items/etc. Please read the rules before posting and follow the character form)

    Rules-

    • Standard RP rules
    • No killing/taking control of other people's characters without their or my permission
    • Can't change major plot points without my permission
    • No fooling around, don't have your character be goofing around for no particular reason
    • Only playable races from Skyrim are allowed, though lore-friendly half-breeds are an exception(Though you cannot he half of an unplayable race. Ex.: You cannot be Half Snow Elf, Half Dwemer, Half Tsaesci, Half Sload, etc.)
    • Multiple characters are allowed, just don't make more than you can handle. Only one of your characters can be a dragonborn.
    • In the beginning your dragonborn cannot know he is dragonborn. To find out he has to kill a dragon and be summoned by the Greybeards.
    • Your dragonborn starts with no shouts. He must find the words and obtain dragon souls to unlock shouts.
    • Your dragonborn was not at Helgen, no dragonborn was.
    • You cannot start in a faction, but you can join any faction in Skyrim and climb the ranks.
    • To get better equipment you must either find it(Loot) or buy it.
    • To earn money you must do quests, adventure or work(Ex.: Make armor/weapons and sell them)
    • You can control NPCs, but don't make them act out of character. (Ex.: Ulfric will not remodel the Gray Quarter, nor will he let the Argonian live in the city. Ex.2: Elisif is still just as useless as she was in the game. Ex.3: Nazir/Braith are still annoying)
    • The Vampire attacks haven't started yet, I will say when they do.
    • More rules may be added later.

"Looks like that's it! Got to go."

He walked away from there. He stopped at the end of the path, where a bear attacked him. The guards ran towards the courier and started to attack him.

(Oh, yeah... I forgot about the content XD)

The letter is a sealed letter with the symbol of a Dragon in it. It definetly was from Kjelti. It reads...

      Harold Burned-Mane,

I would like you to take care of Aayelah, my horse, that I left near Ivarstead. She needs to be fed with a special salad made of hay, tomatoes, carrots, apples, clean water and some mead mixed with sweetrolls - don't ask. I do not know how she likes this disgusting slop.

Train her 10 times per day and ride her up a mountain at least twice a week. She's a very special horse for me.

      Many thanks,

"It must be heading to the dragon mount." said Delphine.

        Loading editor
    • "Aye, let's go!", the orc said and followed the dragon.

        Loading editor
    • The group ran up the hill to the Dragon Mount.

The Black Dragon was hovering over the dragon mount. It shouted at the mount and soon the ground began to shake as a skeletal dragon immerged from the mount.

"Sahloknir, ziil gro dovah ulse!" said the Black Dragon as the skeletal dragon, Sahloknir, freed itself from his grave. [Sahloknir, ever-bound dragon spirit!]

Harold watched in horror as Sahloknir's bones started to gain flesh.

"Slen tiid vo!" shouted the Black Dragon. [Let your flesh be unrotten!]

Before long Sahloknir was a full dragon once again. "Alduin, thuri! Boaan tiid vokriiha suleyksejun kruziik?" he said. [Alduin, my overlord! An age past, did you not destroy the power of the ancient kings?]

"Geh, Sahloknir, kaali mir." said the Black Dragon, Alduin. [Yes, Sahloknir, my trusted ally.] Alduin then noticed the four people standing near them. "Ful, losei Dovahkiin? Zu'u koraav nid nol dov do hi." he said to them. [So, my false Dragonborns? I do not recognize you as dragon.]

Harold didn't understand almost anything of what Alduin and Sahloknir had said.

        Loading editor
    • "What in the depths of Oblivion.." Kyron said, observing the scene.

        Loading editor
    • Loktar stood in silent contemplation of the scene. It was horrific, yet astounding.

    • "You do not even know our tongue, do you? Such arrogance, to dare take for yourselves the name of Dovah." said Alduin to the Dragonborns. "Sahloknir, krii daar joorre." he said to the dragon. [Sahloknir, kill these mortals.] Alduin then flew away.

(At first it will be just Sahloknir but two more dragons will show up to aid him in battle against us, so everyone gets a Dragon Soul.)

    • (Kjelti would literally be freakin' out by now XD By the way, after the Dragon Crisis is done, could we timeskip some years? So Kjelti could control his immense power of the Voice like the other Greybeards. Also, once in a while, the Dragonborns could visit him.)

        Loading editor
    • (Since he is dragonborn he can master the voice much faster than regular mortals. So by the end of all the vanilla content he would know quite a lot already.)

        Loading editor
    • Sahloknir faced the three dragonborn and Delphine.

"Well I may not have understood what he said but I understand that. He wants a fight." said Harold.

        Loading editor
    • "Oh, he wants a fight alright.." Kyron muttered.

        Loading editor
    • Harold drew Wuuthrad. "Lets show this dragon how the Companions do things."

Delphine drew her bow. "I will provide cover fire."

      Harold nodded.

Sahloknir jumped into the air and started to circle around above the group.

        Loading editor
    • Kyron took a deep breath, making him able to see clearer. He held the string and released the arrow, which hit Sahloknir in the wings.

        Loading editor
    • Sahloknir dived near the group and shouted a frost breath attack.

Harold jumped to the side to dodge it and then shouted. "FUS RO DAH!". The dragon dodged it.

        Loading editor
    • "Let's see if he likes when we use against him!", Loktar said while dodging.

"KRII!", he shouted at Sahloknir, making the dragon's body wrapped in a purple web-like aura.

        Loading editor
    • Sahloknir used Ice Storm(spell) on the group. The attack hit Delphine.

Harold felt a little useless since he couldn't do anything to attack the dragon while he was in the air.

        Loading editor
    • Loktar drawed his Ancient Nord Bow and started to shoot at the dragon, missing most of the arrows.

      "Stand still, bloody winged lizard!"

        Loading editor
    • Harold saw that Delphine had been hurt. He ran to her side. "Here, let me help." He cast Healing hands on her.

    • (Is there going to be another dragons?)

Loktar tried his best to call the dragom's attention when he saw that Harold and Delphine were vulnerable.

"Come 'n' get me, useless reptile!"

        Loading editor
    • (There are, but we are going to fight him 1 on 4 for a bit.)

Harold tried to speed up the healing.

Sahloknir roared and dived near Loktar, the gust of wind caused by this was as strong as any Unreleting Force shout.

        Loading editor
    • Kyron nocked another arrow, this time aiming for the bone of the wing. He released it.

        Loading editor
    • "Damn!", Loktar staggered but quickly recovered. He aimed with his bow and this time he was succesful as the arrow pierced through the dragon's neck.

      "Ha!"

        Loading editor
    • Harold finished healing Delphine. "Thanks." she said.

"Don't mention it." replied Harold. After that he drew Wuuthrad once again.

Sahloknir was getting pretty injured from the arrows, and so he got slower and weaker in flight. He decided to land. As he did he shouted frost breath at the group.

In the distance the group could hear more roars.

        Loading editor
    • "Nine hells, what was that?", the orc said after hearing the roars.

        Loading editor
    • "More..." Kyron muttered. He conjured two sparks in his hand, and released it upon Sahloknir.

        Loading editor
    • Loktar realized that the dragon landed, so he dropped his bow and unsheathed his scimitars. The orc ran towards Sahloknir and started to slash the dragon's body.

        Loading editor
    • Harold charged at the dragon with Wuuthrad.

Sahloknir tried to bite the orc.

        Loading editor
    • Loktar saw the bite coming and used one of his scimitars to fend off the dragon's teeth. But Sahloknir's jaw was so strong that pushed the orc back.

        Loading editor
    • Harold had charged in from the side and he slashed at the Dragon's head with Wuuthrad.

Two more dragons were no visible from a distance heading towards Sahloknir.

        Loading editor
    • Kyron ran out of Magicka, so he took his bow back out. He aimed for the wound in the dragon's neck that Harold had inflicted, and shot. The arrow drove into it, penatrating it deeper.

"Watch out, more dragons!" He called.

        Loading editor
    • Sahloknir roared in pain from the arrow. He swatted his head aside and knocked Harold back a few feet.

The other two dragons were almost close enough to interfere in the fight.

        Loading editor
    • "They are getting closer!", Loktar shouted in warning to his companions. He stood up and grabbed his bow again to try to hit the incoming dragons.

        Loading editor
    • Harold got back up.

"We better deal with this one before they get here or we will have our hands full dealing with all three." said Delphine.

Harold nodded and grabbed his axe, charging at Sahloknir.

        Loading editor
    • Loktar nodded and aimed at Sahloknir, firing some arrows and hitting all of them. Unfortunately, just someof them managed to damage the dragon.

Sahloknir roared in pain and shouted a ice breath at the orc.

        Loading editor
    • (He is a frost dragon, since he has been using frost breath for quite some time.)

Harold charged at Sahloknir's left wing and slashed at it.

        Loading editor
    • (Can't he breath both? In game, I mean.)

        Loading editor
    • (In game all he did to me was spam frost breath, so IDK.)

        Loading editor
    • (Nope, either a dragon can breath fire or it can breath frost, no dragon can do both. But Sahloknir can spawn as a either fire or a frost dragon, in this RP I have already made him a frost dragon.)

        Loading editor
    • (Changed it, then. I didn't remembered and his page on the wiki lead me to believe that he could breath both as he pleased.)

        Loading editor
    • (Ok dokey.)

Sahloknir tried hitting Harold with his tail, but this time the Nord dodge it. He quickly got up and tried hitting the dragon's tail.

        Loading editor
    • Again, Loktar realized a breach on the dragon's defense. So he dropped the bow, drawed his scimitars and jumped on the dragon's head.

As he did that, Sahloknir shook his head to get the orc out of his back so Loktar thrusted on of his scimitars on Sahloknir's neck and used it to keep himself mounting the dragon.

"Haha, how do you like that, flying gecko?!"

        Loading editor
    • The two dragons were close enough, they shouted at the group below. A dual fire breath from the two dragons.

    • (Weren't you going to make a new character?)

        Loading editor
    • Kyron doubled backwards, trying to avoid the fire. Part of it hit his foot, and lit the boot ablaze. He started stomping, putting it out. He then drank a magicka potion, but it didnt refill it all the way. He grabbed his bow and nocked an arrow, sending volleys at the incoming dragons.

        Loading editor
    • (Alright, I'm killing Sahloknir...)

Loktar tried not to fall, holding on his scimitar. Sahloknir was furious and breathed ice everywhere, nonstopping. It was then, that the orc saw a opening.

The dragon started to spread its wings and lifted his head abruptly, what made the orc loose the grip and "fly" a bit over the dragon's head. Loktar had only one scimitar and only one chance to finally put a end to the dragon's life, so he grabbed his weapon with both hands and as he flew above the dragon's head he thrusted his sword right between the beast's eyes. That helped him to equilibrate himself again, so he pulled the sword and pierced the dragon's eyes. Finally, it was dead.

As Loktar shot arrows at the fire breathing dragons, Sahloknir's body started to burn and some kind of aura started to flow through the air and towards the orc. He could feel knowledge of the ancient tongue fusioning itself with his own soul and as that happened a new power came to his knowledge.

He shot five more arrows at it, killing it. The second bear was angry, and charged at Kyron. He jumped out of the way, shooting a few more arrows at the bear. It clawed Kyron, ripping through his flesh on his leg. He shot the bear twice more, killing it. He looted them for their pelts and whatever gold they had on them, and drank a healing potion. He then left the cave and went back to Whiterun to retrieve his gold.

Quickly he found Astrid near the entrance and both started a conversation, in which Astrid gave the orc several pieces of Shrouded Armor apparel, making him officialy a Dark Brotherhood member.

In the conversation, Astrid revealed that she is currently arranging an important job to Loktar and that for now it'd be appreciated if the orc took care of some routine assassination contracts handled by Nazir, a redguard member of the Dark Brotherhood. She also asked Loktar to introduce himself to his new family members and give a rundown on how the Brotherhood operates. She gave him a brief history on the Brotherhood and also informed that they have done away with all rules and policies except for one simple principle, "Respect the Family". After asking a few things to Astrid, Loktar found that the corpse of the Night Mother is en route to the Sanctuary, though she does not know when it might arrive.

Hearing everything he needed to, Loktar started to search around the place as Astrid directed herself further into the Sanctuary. The orc found a book named "Sithis", picked it up and gave it a quick read.

Loktar had no problems in the way to Ivarstead, arriving at the time that the sun was almost set. He searched the minor settlement for the beggar and easily found him. The orc observed him for quite some time and when he saw a breach and no one was looking, he approached the poor bastard and thrusted his scimitar through the victim's heart, killing the beggar instantly.

"Rest in peace.", he whispered as he threw the lifeless body in the thick vegetation, to hide it.

Then he climbed on his horse like nothing happened and set travel to the next hit, Ennodius.

    • After a long travel, in which Loktar went to Windhelm to ask for directions and went back to Anga's Mill, he finally arrived and it was night when the orc got there. It didn't took much time for him to spot Enodius' tent and with the absence of the sun to help him, Loktar sneaked into the tent without drawing any attention. Inside Enodius' tent, the orc quickly sliced the imperial's throat killing him instantly and painless.

"Rest in peace.", he whispered and sneaked out of the tent.

Loktar walked to the place he had tied his horse, mounted it and started to walk towards his final destination and last victim, in Dawnstar.

    • After a long trip, Loktar arrived at Dawnstar. It was almost dawn and the streets of the city were practically deserted, so the orc went to the Inn so he could gather information of Beitild's whereabout. He entered, bought a mead and tried to hear the conversation of customers.

Loktar heard a lot of things, but what called his attention the most was something about the citizens of Dawnstar complaining of suffering from horrible nightmares. They seem to be relying on a priest of Mara named Erandur for assistance and Loktar was deciding if he would help them or not. Amidst the conversation he also heard curious informations about his target, Beitild, she and her ex-husband had a unhealthy competition regarding their mines.

    • It was still dawn, so Loktar decided to finish his contract and check the nightmares story after it. So he got out of the Inn and started to walk around, searching for Beitild's house, which he found quickly. The orc, then, proceeded to sneak to the house and pick the lock.

Inside Beitild's house, Loktar saw the sleeping woman and quickly ended her life with a accurate swing of his scimitar. After that he sneaked out of her house and returned to the Inn like nothing happened.

"Whoa, hold on. Calm down, now. You said you're going to lose your job?" Kills asked.

"My job at the Riften Fishery is in danger. The owner, Bolli, said if I show up for work in this condition one more time, then I'm out."

      "Condition? What condition?"

"I don't mean to do this myself, but I can't help it. I tried some Skooma a year ago, and ever since then, I can't stop!"

"How can I help you, then?"

"If you could give me a healing potion, I could cleanse this poison from my body and get back to my life."

"In fact, I have one just right here in my knapsack. Here you go."

He opened his knapsack and took out a Potion of Minor Health Restoring and gave it to Wujeeta.

"Your kindness will never be forgotten. Here, take this. It's all I can offer for what you've given me." She handed a Silver Ring to Kills.

After a long dialogue of where to find Wujeeta's Skooma, both of them parted ways.

Back at the Inn, Loktar started to search for this so called priest of Mara, Erandur. The orc quickly spotted the priest and went to talk to him.

When hearing what the dunmer had to say, Loktar saw that he had a unusual knowledge about what was happening to the city, Erandur warned that the inhabitants of Dawnstar were in terrible danger, as the nightmares are a symptom of having their memories stolen by the Daedric Prince Vaermina. The dunmer also explained that the nightmares are being caused by an event that happened in the Nightcaller Temple, a ruin located not so far from Dawnstar on the clifftop overlooking the city. After finishing his speech, Erandur promptly asked Loktar to follow him to Nightcaller Temple and put an end to the nightmares.

Loktar agreed in helping the priest and in no time both of them were heading towards the Temple. It was a quick travel, as the priest said before the Temple was very close to the city and when they got near enough the settlement, three snow bears could be seen "guarding" the entrance. Loktar asked the priest to wait a little and he sneaked closer to the animals, drawed his Ancient Bow and aimed at one of them.

The orc was able to fire enough arrows to kill one of the bears, but the other two managed to get close to him so he had to unsheathe his scimitars and fight for his life. After a few minutes delivering killing slashes and being clawed in response, Loktar was able to finish both bears.

At the entrance, Erandur warned the orc about the dangers within and explained what happened there: many years ago, a group of Orcish invaders attacked the temple, which had been a shrine to Mara before being overrun with Vaermina's priests. To defend themselves, the priests released a gas called "The Miasma", which the priests used to elongate their lives. The concentration of Miasma sent both the Orc invaders and the priests into a sleep that lasted for years. Now, Erandur fears that, when the doors are opened, the gas will dissipate and everyone inside, both Orc and Priests, will woke up and be hostile towards anyone. So all they needed to do now was enter.

"I will leave immediately." said Harold. He left Windhelm and headed to Dawnstar.

    • Once inside the Temple, Loktar took a good look at the destroyed room. He could see a shrine of Mara on the left side wall and he started to search the place around when suddenly two skeevers that apparently inhabited the hall near the back jumped on him. After killing the animals, Loktar spotted a chest on the right side of the large carving on the back wall, he went there and used on of his lockpicks to open it, inside it he found 82 septims, a dwarven mace. While the orc looted the chest, Erandur started to work some magic to unlock the carving that blocked the path, after a few seconds the wall turned purple and revealed a doorway.

Loktar made his way through the opening and followed Erandur to the balcony overlooking the tower's inner sanctum. The inner sanctum contained some strange item protected with a red barrier, the Skull of Corruption, one of Vaermina's artifacts. Erandur explained that the Skull  gained the ability to reach out to people without being wielded and it was stealing memories. He informed the orc that The Skull must be destroyed in order for the nightmares to stop.

Loktar followed the dunmer down the stairs, where they met two Orcish Invaders at the bottom. Quickly, the orc drawed his twin scimitars and put a end to the orcs lives before they could attackhim or the priest. After confronting them, they continued the path and were surprised, or at least Loktar was surprised, to find the way ahead blocked by a force field. Erandur, then, started to explain that there may be a way of opening it, but he would have to search for the answer in an alchemy book located in the locked Library upstairs, which luckily, he had the key. Suspecting of the Priest, Loktar commanded him to stop lying and tell the truth. Reluctantly, Erandur explained that he was himself a Priest of Vaermina and that was the reason he had the key, when the Orcs attacked, he had fled leaving his companions to their deaths, and in his shame over this, he turned to following Mara.
