  • As many of you who were a part of this I was absolutely delighted to find that it boomed. (Read: EVERYONE OMG THANK YOU!!11!!!1) But then it died horribly and I would like to remake it. So here goes

High-Powered Rifles used for mid-longrange combat

    Shotguns

    Gatling/Maxim guns

    Cannon

Light and Heavy Machine Guns (used on Skyfish and Aerwhales)

There have also been new investments into transportation! Here is the list

    Steam Trains

Cars (Also bringing about the exsistance of the paved road)

    Trucks

    Airships

    Aerwhales (Smaller Airships)

Eagleholm: A shining city in the sky that is it's own province located in the middle of Tamriel

New Winterhold: After being rebuilt it became a Sky/Seaport and became the grand city it once was

Stone City: Capital of the Dwarves it is located in The Throat of The World and it tunnels deep in it connecting all of Tamriel with a rail system

Gnometowne: Home of the Gnomes it is an inventors hideaway that flies around and docks with major cities

And last but not least, The Citadel: A Massive sprawling Metropolis that is the gem of Tamriel, it contains a seaport, skyport, theatre, and it's own police force. It is the headquarters of almost all of the major corporations.

And now for the new Corporations

    _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

The Ranger Corps: An organization that deals with many assassinations

The Skylords: A major collection of captains and captainessess (?)  that patrols the skies and sends diplomats to other continents

The Sealords: Basically the Skylords except on the sea

    • Mashel sat in a wooden chair at the bow of his ship, looking onward at the empty sky ahead of them. He had just set off from The Citadel, and he was now looking for more ships.... to plunder.

He was the leader of a band of pirates, bandits that patrolled the sky in search of ships to destroy. That's how Mashel kept himself alive. He took Food, Supplies, and Money from the weak.

But sometimes, he liked to take a break from the plundering and killing ad treat himself to the peacefulness that the sky had to offer.

He was enjoying the peace, until his Right-Hand man, a Dunmer named Fovedres Adryrel, came up to him.

"Sir, we are coming up on another ship." He says. "It appears to be just another band of pirates. Shall we take action?"

Mashel doesn't even bother to look up. "Load the guns and destroy it."

    • Gregorius stood at the gunnel and looked out over the land of Skyrim. He had never liked the land. It was too cold and the populace consisted of little more than illiterate morons that couldn't tell which part of the sword that went into the monster.

"Mylord?" asked the young Breton woman behind him carefully.

"What is it, girl? Can't you see I am busy loathing the wasteland that threw me out?"

Jaqueline was always nervous around the captain. Whatever she said it seemed liked she had made him angry, but she knew it was just his way. He never smiled and his voice was always full of cold bitterness. "Didrik is asking where we will dock?"

The Iron Hound turned around to face her. "Typical Nord who can't even figure that out by himself", he said grinding his teeth and took off one of his leather gauntlets. For a moment Jaqueline thought that he would strike her with it. "I want us to dock at the Citadel."

      Jaqueline nodded. "Yes, mylord!"

But just as she was prepared to run off with the news she stopped as her captain spoke once again. "And Jaqueline! I want my supper ready in half an hour and I want the meat to be as red as the wine."

The girl nodded again. "Right away, mylord."

First time he has ever called me by name, she thought.

    • The Flayed Bitch changed course for the Citadel accompanied by her little sisters the Red Dog, the Bloody Hound and the Mangy Mongrel. They all wore the Gorehounds colours. Black sails with the dreaded skinned hound howling out in pain and agony, a most gruesome symbol.

Gregorius watched as the metropolis came closer. If there is anywhere I might be able to find fundings and allies for my conquest it would be in this shithole of a city. He never held anything in high regards, it was nothing personal, it was just his way. He had learned over his years in exile that if you were always pessimistic about everything, you wouldn't be dissappointed when proven that things were indeed as bad as they seemed, but you would be twice as blessed if proven the contrary.

Didrik the Drunken rang the ship's fateful bells as the fleet prepared for docking and Pavelin ordered the men to hide all the weapons in the secret disposal rooms on each and every vessel.

If the defense system hasn't changed for the better since last time I was here, Eagleholm will be facing a serious threat.

"Halt!" shouted the inspector on the police ship. "Who is in command of the fleet here?"

"Gregorius Tenebrae", said the captain honestly and without fear.

The policeman stared wide-eyed at him. "The Iron Hound? I should put you behind bars where you belong, mylord."

Gregorius gave him a stern look. "I have served my sentence. Twenty year was the punishment and I have served it with honor. Unless you are going to arrest me for commanding an entire fleet after a bottle of priced wine from Markarth, I suggest you move your ship, little officer."

      "Are you threatening me?"

"I am never threatening... I am warning."

The policeman spat and ordered his patrol to return to the city as the Gorehound fleet returned to docking speed.

Jaqueline knew her lord all too well. He didn't like to waste anything. Time, gold... words... There is no creature in Tamriel half as terrifying as a bitter, wronged man with a fleet at his command, she thought.

This is beginning to get interesting, thought Jaqueline as she swallowed. She knew that her lord had a bad temper. Although he had never hurt her, it was almost worse to be around him whenever he was mad about something. And he was always mad about something... Amazing that twenty years of exile can do that to a man. But since she had heard that he had been like this even before the Battle of Eagleholm, she really couldn't tell why he was always so bitter and hateful.

    • Jaqueline had seen the trick, but she knew that she was never to utter a single word in her lord's presence unless she was allowed to. She had a slight a suspicion that Gregorius knew as well, but if he did he didn't show it in that emotionless face of his. The only reason why he still wore a sword was because he considered firearms to be a coward's weapon and because he had no fear of bullets.

"An undeserved title that", he said. "Multinational outlaw." He shook his head in denial. "I have served my sentence and I am now a free man. And as for you, Darkwater, I have have already forgiven you for what you did." He leaned back in his chair. "Forgiven, but not forgotten", he added.

      Name: Ryul

Race: Interbred between a Breton and an Altmer.

      Age: 27 years

Appearance: Mostly human like, with a slight curve of his ears. Brown shaggy hair, brown/green eyes. Average human size, if not slightly taller, and skinny.

      Affiliation: None, mercenary.

Armor: Black hooded and sleeveless vest, white shirt beneath, long black pants held by a leather belt and high boots. Aviator's goggles around neck.

Weapons: Two Cutlass and two long barrel revolvers.

Backstory: Being conceived a bastard, Ryul's life was never easy. He was never really accepted into society for his racial mixture and bastardry, but soon he found out he had an aptitude for magic and combat, taking on the mercenary life soon. He has never known meaning to the word home, nor he had ever felt like settling. He lives for the rollercoaster that is his life, never caring about the tomorrow.

He gave the idea some thought. "And what if all those stories turns out to be false, what then? I have five thousand men under my command. "Of course, mylord, but the fact remains that she is a Skylord now while you used to be. What if she has set up a trap for you?"

Gregorius didn't want to have this conversation. "If she has set up some sort of trap for me, I will have to blast myself free with a hundred cannons and flay each and everyone of them if necessary, anything so that this murky shithole of a nation is reminded of who I am. I am Gregorius Tenebrae the Iron Hound, captain of the Flayed Bitch, lord of the Gorehounds and the rightful ruler of Eagleholm."

"We are but five thousand men, mylord", said Didrik. "Eagleholm has twice our numbers."

"But half the wit", snapped Gregorius. "That's why I am going to the Sky Ruins, to claim it as an outpost. If there indeed are treasures there it would surely be enough to aquire an army powerful enough to take Eagleholm by force."

    • The smell of burning wood and smoke filled the skies as the small airship spiraled out of control, heading towards the ground below.

But, Mashel cared not for the lives he had just ended. He was more concerned about getting to his destination: An ancient city rumored to have vast amounts of treasures... Treasure that could last 5 era's. Although it was simply a rumor, it was a chance that Mashel was willing to take.

Adryel, however, was not so enthused about the idea. He believed it to be a myth. He thought that there was nothing in the ruins except for crumbling buildings and dead bodies... of course, that's what he said about every other ruin that they had traveled to... and he was always wrong.

As the smell of smoke started to clear out, Mashel stood up from his chair and turned to face the crew bustling about the ship.

"We should be getting close to these "Sky Ruins." Mashel Bellowed. "Now, all eyes looking for this damn place! I want those crows nest filled and I want everyone searching. We do not stop until we find the City!"

For the first time he smiled, though it wasn't a pleasant one. "I will rule. First we will help Darkwater plunder those ruins. Doesn't bother me none, she could have had all the treasure in there if she had asked me for it. I simply want that place as an outpost, but she said that we would split whatever we found there and it is rude to reject such an offer. Besides, gold speaks to most men. I was known among the Skylords as a man who didn't spat out empty promises, but instead acted on them. If I had promised to get rid off a pirate fleet terrorizing the airspace, I did with no questions asked. Some politicians even claimed that I was suited for the role of king, an idea wich seemed ludicrous in the eyes of the other Skylords. Perhaps because the others were unlike me, all talk and no act. So one day I acted upon what the politicians had said that I should do and layed siege to Eagleholm. If I could take Eagleholm the other Skylords would acknowledge my claim to superiority. But afraid of losing their own high positions they retaliated, boarded my ship, stripped me of my title and banished me."

(This is TES. Since when does logic apply?)

The massive army that once belonged to Mashel had gathered in a remote part of Tamriel, where the Ships and ground troops had gathered to listen to Adryel, the new leader, had to say.

"Today, your strong and prideful leader, Mashel gro-Galauk, was lost today in a battle. We last saw him in the Sky Ruins, disappearing into the city. Either he has been captured and we shall rescue him, or he is dead and we shall avenge him! Either way, we will ride up into the city and lay waste to the enemy that dared to defy us! • (Hello?)

        Loading editor
    • (Hai, sorry I'm about to go to sleep but I'll write this post)

The Skyfish let them go and returned to the port and Luna sent a pigeon to her friend Dominus Stormrider to get over to the Ruins to help out

        Loading editor
    • The pigeon landed on the Vulstrun near the bridge. Dominus fed the pigeon and read the message. "Ah, looks like Luna needs my help. Kalos! set a course for the Sky Ruins!"

    • (If you do not mind, I think I will join this RP, I think it sounds fun.)

Name: Zero (before you ask, yes, I use this name in pretty much every RP, I suck at creating names)

      Race: Breton

      Gender Male

      Age: 22

      Affiliation: None/Mercenary

Appearance: Semi-long black hair, crimson irises, somewhat handsome (though his armour hides the fact)

Armour: This (just the armour, not the Dunmer features, obviously)

Weapons: Two black custom made semi-automatic pistols with ten shot magazines (he usually dual wields them, and they have little buttons on the side that he can press with his thumbs, to swiftly release the magazines), a black custom made high-powered bolt-action rifle, and a black Akaviri Katana for when stealth is needed.

Ship: The Nightingale, a two-seater aeroplane built for speed and aerodynamics, perfect for a dogfight, or an aerial battle, he usually has his rifle in his second seat. The plane is equipped with machine guns, loaded with armour-piercing bullets. The plane has many secrets, though.

He named it the Nightingale, because it is black, so it is quite hidden in the night, and because it sings beautiful songs of death for his enemies.

      House: None

Backstory: Zero is a mercenary, who usually hangs out at the skyport of Eagleholm, and can be hired.

Nobody knows anything about this mercenary, though it can be assumed that he has no one to turn to and nothing to call his own. Why else would he be a mercenary?

He is known for being quite a good shot, both with his pistols, and his rifle. He is quite agile and acrobatic, and will often use this to his advantage in battle. He is also quite a good pilot, and often enjoys any aerial battles he ends up in.

(Why does no one get this?  Industrialization does not mean, "21th century weapons" it means at most you have carbine repeaters. gatling guns, and revolvers.  No semi-automatic pistols or high-powered rifles.  Late 1800s early 1900s weapons)

    • Gregorius came out from his cabin. His wounds had been tended and would heal in time. His face was paler than usual though, he had lost quite alot of blood.

"Welcome back to the world of the living, mylord", said Najima. "The Dragonfall has been sighted outside the Sky Ruins. Do you want Khajiit to order the men to blast it clear from the sky?"

      "Have they fired at us?"

      "No, mylord."

"Then conserve your ammunition. Don't waste valuable gunpowder killing my future subjects, understand?"

The Khajiit looked disappointed. "Yes, mylord."

"I also want a vessel ready to leave for the Citadel."

    • The Fleet disappeared back into the clouds, away from the eyes of the shyfish and the Sky Ruins.

As soon as Mashel turned off the radio, Adryel questioned his actions. "Sir, are you just going to let those imbeciles off the hook?"

"Of course not!" Mashel Sneered. "I just didn't want Sky Ruins to be destroyed. I want that place in tact. We are going to force em out."

Mashel turned the ships around, going directly under the floating fortress.

"I'll give em 2 options. To Leave or Die."

    • (How would you know... nvm. It doesn't matter.)

The Dragonfall and fleet ascend above clouds, Directly behind the docked ships, cannons and guns loaded.

"Gentlemen!" Mashel boomed over the roaring of the engines. "Perhaps you would like to negotiate before things turned messy."

(Also, after looking back, there is still no mention of this place having ANY air defenses...)

    • (There are plenty of mentions. Did Lazzy not say that they were getting artillery squared away)

Luna ordered all turrets loaded and manned for what she knew was going to be a bloody battle. She geared herself up with her best armor and weapons and got onto The Arbiter. She raised all the ships and scrambled the other aircraft

        Loading editor
    • (mmm, I didn't see that, and artillery could have been for anything.

and another thing, there is no possible way you could have scrambled the ships. My boys would have sent The Arbiter to Oblivion if you tried to move it.)

    • (but, I will not criticize your moves anymore. I will simply make my move.)

Mashel saw The Arbiter trying to take off and the men scrambling to their weapons.

"Oh, so you don't want to negotiate? Alright then..." Mashel got on his Radio "Smoke Em."

The fleet erupted in a noise of gunshots and cannon shots. The Men watched in awe as a flurry of cannons and bullets came flying out of the sky, all directed at The Arbiter.

    • Kirk was thrown awake-literally-by the barrage of firepower that hit the Arbiter.  "What in Oblivion?"  He shrieked as he scuttled to his feet.

        Loading editor
    • Luna with some careful maneuvring dodged most of the shots, the others pinging off of the armored plating and the ground artillery opened up creating a wide swath of explodey and armor piercing rounds, The Arbiter also opened up sending incendiaries and high explosive rounds

    • (Ok so my shots have no effect on you and you can dodge huge cannon balls and extremely fast bullets you can just gun me down like a tiny rat?)

The shots pierced the entire fleet, causing significant damage. The entire fleet crumbled.

(I am sorry, but you have made yourself way too OP and it seems like you are just making up stuff as you go along. I quit this RP. Good Luck :).)

      Deynari shook his head.

"We are the watchers, we have eyes and ears everywhere, our most trusted spies have found Luna in the Sky ruins, forget about the rangers, we will pay you triple if you bring her back to us, Alive!"

Deynari nodded and set course for the Sky ruins, once he has arrived there he searched for Luna everywhere. He eventually found her talking to a man called, Dominus.

He then leapt out of his hiding place and took out his revolver, "Hands up, both of you!"

    • Gregorius eventually came out of his cabin after "licking his wounded pride" as Najima would put it. The wounds would indeed heal in time. However the assassin had taken his toll on the man and he was now almost ghostly pale in the face due to the heavy loss of blood.

"I trust that my vessel is ready, Najima?" he asked.

"Yes, mylord", the Khajiit answered. "Are you sure you are healthy enough to travel to the Citadel? Wouldn't it be better to send someone..."

"Someone who?" he interrupted. "Didrik Drunken wasn't named so for nothing. Bori Fast-Hand's flayed corpse serves as my ship's new figurehead. Ungol hates politics and would most likely cave in the head on any man that so much as even try to discuss it with him. Astor Priamus is the best healer I have ever known and it would be better for him to tend to my armies. Pavelin? Don't get me started on that vicious little shit. They would take his presence as an insult from my part if I were to send him for negotiations. And Jaqueline is far too young to dabble in the affairs of war."

"Sorry, mylord. Khajiit was thinking of herself."

The Iron Hound put on something that was supposed to be a smile. "You are a good warrior, Najima, and you have a good sense of leadership in that feline head of yours. No, I want you here. If this city were to be sieged you would be the most capable of fending off the invaders here."

Najima felt honored and had every right to be so. To get praised by the Iron Hound was almost as rare as watching a troll fly. "Mylord", she simply said.

"Aye, that I am. I will have to speak with Darkwater before leaving. Maybe she could be a kind woman and hold this place for me with the rest of you lot while I am off trying to find more allies for our cause."

"Do you trust that woman, mylord? This one does not."

"You should know by now that I have never trusted anyone, Najima. A man who puts trust in the people who serve him would have never have come this far with his life intact. Look at me, Khajiit. I am alive... barely... and I thought that I trusted that bastard Bori..."

    • Luna was waitng outside napping in the bed of her truck, her back against the cab

        Loading editor
    • "Darkwater", boomed Gregorius' voice as he passed her truck on his way to the vessel. "I am leaving you in charge of the defenses together with Najima in case someone were to get any ideas of taking this place from me. And if she tries to kill you or anything, don't take it personal, she is just testing whether you can handle yourself in combat."

    • Luna woke up and started "Aye sir!" she said "Wait, who's going to kill me? Pavelin or the Khajiit"

        Loading editor
    • "The Khajiit. She will probably charge you head on so you don't have to watch your back all the time. She considers backstabbing and throatcutting to be disgraceful." He gave her a moody look. "If things should go your way, don't kill her. She is one of the few persons in my service capable of actually getting me into Eagleholm."

He then continued on his path. His cloak whirling as he turned. "And tell Jaqueline to keep Didrik Drunken away from the bottle! I need that man sober for one bleeding minute of his lifetime!"

        Loading editor
    • Luna found Jaqueline "Gregorious wants you to keep the drunk away from the scotch for a while. Also he left me in charge, Don't call me your lady call me Luna or Miss Darkwater if you must"

    • Jaqueline had never felt comfortable calling people by their first name. She had been raised to call people by either their titles or their family names. "Y-yes, miss Darkwater", she said and curtsied before scurrying off to find Didrik.

Meanwhile Gregorius boarded and Aerwhale together with a few men to serve as his body guards. Half the loot of that which they had plundered the town for went with them.

The value of these spoils, he thought, must surely be enough to open the eyes for some men and women in the Citadel. Other Skylords who perhaps are disappointed in the system or the way they have been treated? Someone must surely be easy enough to sway in my favor?

    • Luna went to find Najima, eventually deciding on the armory is where she would be. She grabbed a baton from her truck, a 24 inch extendable thing that opened at the flick of her wrist and collapsed after when you pressed a button on the side. She arrived at the armory in her truck and went inside "Najima! Where are ya lass!'

    • A loud hiss was heard somewhere from within the armory. Najima came charging at her with sharpened scimitars. "Prepare to die, Darkwater! Khajiit is coming for you!"

    • Luna easily side stepped the blow and whacked the Khajiit in the wrist, knocked the scimitar out of her hand and whacked her in the kneecap "Ya done yet?"

    • Najima hissed angrily, but eventually it turned into a vicious smile. "You have performed well and this one is proud to call you friend and fellow fighter."

She rose from the ground, picked up her scimitars and sheathed them in the double scabbards along her belt. "You are a worthy fighter. Najima's father would have been taken you in his crew and service without a moments hesitation."

        Loading editor
    • Luna smirked "Thanks, you might want to work on not announcing yourself when planning an ambush, I heard you coming from a mile away" she said walking out with Najima in tow "Come on, let's go on a drive" she said starting her truck

(Luna's truck resembles this and is about as fast as you would expect an offroad pickup to be)

        Loading editor
    • Najima climbed in. "Khajiit considers it to be disgraceful to not let an enemy know you are there. Her father, Najiran told her this. This one wanted you to know she was coming so that you would be able to defend yourself. No sport in killing something that doesn't have a chance to put up a fight."

She sighed. "Now it is up to poor Najima to carry on in her sickly old father's place. He was the captain of The Bloody Hound, and officially he still is, but a sickness took the better of his health a couple of years ago and he hasn't been able to attend to the Dog of Iron's meetings, so Najima goes in his place and tend to his ship in case he gets better."

        Loading editor
    • "Hmm, okay then, in that case keep doing what your doing" she said starting her truck and driving off to a secluded loaction with a view and stopping it and got out laying out a blanket and sitting upon it "Come come! Sit! We have much to discuss" she said opening a bottle of ale and taking a swig of it

        Loading editor
    • "What does, Darkwater, wish to discuss with Khajiit? Najima is simply lord Gregorius' commander on the field. She hasn't much to say concerning her lord's affairs, if that's what you are asking?"

        Loading editor
    • "That is not what I want to discuss" she said and kicked off her boots and took off her coat and lay back against the truck and placed her hand on Najima's paw

        Loading editor
    • "Ehrm..." The fur on Najima's face turned bright red. "Najima does not wish to insult your advances or anything, Darkwater, but this one doesn't really... you know... keep to her own gender. Understand?"

    • Luna frowned and removed her hand and put it on her own lap "That makes this trip pointless" she said "Meh, you can't win em' all I suppose"

        Loading editor
    • Najima smiled. "This one guesses so... because if that was the case Najima wouldn't be here right now. She would be were she truly belongs." She looked down at the Citadel. "She would be wherever he went..."

        Loading editor
    • Luna looked over at her "Excuse me? Did I hear you right? You have a thing for Gregorious?"

        Loading editor
    • Najima looked as if she didn't know where to begin. "Yes, it sounds ridiculous and this one knows it. The man is almost twice Najima's age, the Moon knows she was only a girl when she first entered his service. And the man already have two mistressess named war and conquest." She shrugged. "Khajiit would have better luck seducing that sword of his. Ungol says that I am a stupid cat for harboring such feelings to our lord, but Najima can't help it. It is true Gregorius, the Dog of Iron, might seem like a man with no compassion or a single ounce of love in his body, and this might be true, but Najima is sure that if she could show him what it is to be loved by someone, maybe she could change him, yes?"

        Loading editor
    • Luna shrugged "That or settle for someone else, I'm pretty sure any man here would take you" she said this as a compliment "And several of the women"

        Loading editor
    • "Najima is set on winning her lord's heart", she said stubbornly. "Maybe she will make her intentions clear when he becomes king, yes? He wouldn't need to dabble in the art of warfare any longer and would be free to pursue other dreams. Like Khajiit here!"

She then looked a little worried. "Although she is afraid he already knows of all of this, yet doesn't respond to poor Najima's affection. Not as a way to be rude, but as to say that he isn't interested in Khajiit. But the thought of that kills poor Najima! She just wants to let it out and pray to the Moons that he would say yes."

    • Luna gave the Khajiit a comforting shoulder pat. What about Jaqeline though? Is she interested in other women?"

    • Najima raised her shoulders. "Jaqueline? Gregorius' scared little ward? Khajiit doesn't know, the girl barely talks as it is. She mostly follows orders without uttering as much as a single peep. Our lord has always been sort of a father to her since her mother died. Father isn't really a fitting world though, more like employer."

Najima looked suspiciously at Luna. "You wouldn't... say that you are interested in her, are you? The girl is barely sixteen and has a mind set for cooking, cleaning and sweeping the floors and not for love and friendship, which is actually kind of sad."

        Loading editor
    • Luna looked down crestfallen "I was actually...she reminded me of me as a Skylord Cadet. I was in her position. Dead mother, sweeping floors in my superiors ship, not much of a talker. Wait!" she whistled and a messenger pigeon flew down, she hastily wrote down a letter to Jaqueline

      Jaqueline

Please meet me and Najima at the cliff overlooking The Base, you can take my car if you have to. I have something very important to ask you in person

      Love, An Admirer

She sent the pigeon to the girl and asked Najima "Do you think this will work? Can she even drive?" she was nervous. More nervous then when she had her first flight exam

    • Najima didn't want to give her newfound friend false hopes. "She can drive, Najima knows that much, but if she will return your affection, this one is extremely doubtful."

"Miss Darkwater?" she said. "Where is Najima? I got a letter saying something about that she and..." She didn't want to reveal the contents of the letter. "... and someone else was waiting for me here?"

      -

Gregorius groaned as a stitch in one of his wounds burst. "Bloody hell", he said. He had been waiting in the Hall of Businessmen in the Citadel for quite some time now and he was starting to worry that the men he was supposed to meet here had forgotten all about him. "I will punish them for their insulence when I am king", he muttered.

"Please be patient, mylord", said Black Tommard. "The 'Businessmen' are an elusive bunch. They will not come out in the open for just anyone."

"I am not just anyone", objected Gregorius. "I am the Iron Hound, I skin those who dare to insult my leadership and reward those who contribute to it." He grinded his teeth as usual. "If these 'Businessmen' of yours are anywhere near of the men you say they are, they better be here quick or else I might lose my patience."
