  • If you useĀ

    player.setlevel <#>

to increase your level one at a time, will you be able to choose a perk each time?

    • No. the setlevel command only affects the numerical value for level.

If you use 'IncPCS <skill>', you can level up that way which will gain you perk points. Then you can use 'setav <skill> <initial skill level>' to change the skill back to its starting level.

Alternatively, you can use 'player.addperk' to add specific perks.

    • Above nailed it.

However I wouldn't recommend leveling up with cc's because it kind of ruins the experience. Once you get past level 25 or so better weapons spawn and money is easier to get.

Yeah I was planning on not using any cc's but I needed to get rid of my Vampirism so I tried changing my race as I had read but it didn't work so I tried another way. But anyway, for some reason, even though my level stayed the same, all my magicka, health and stamina levels had dropped. So yeah I kinda wanted to get those back.
