Why Jyggalag doesn't appear in Skyrim even though he has his full time Daedric Status back. I theorize that, being the Prince of Order, Jyggalag is the only Daedric Prince who cares little or nothing about the Mortal Realm. He spends his time organizing and plotting for whatever plan he has (which may include spreading Order to the chaotic realm of Mundus). So, why would he enlist the help of a champion (the Dragonborn) if he has no need for mortals at all? He has no worshipers because he doesn't need them. He has no artifacts because he doesn't need them. The other princes treat mortals as toys and playthings, but Jyggalag doesn't have a desire to keep toys or play with things. He's determined to create order, so he's likelly taking his time during the events of Skyrim to make sure EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of his plan is in place before he launches it. Maybe it'll be the plot of TES:VI, which many people have already hypothesized. Also of note, he was probably rooting for Alduin during the Battle of Sovengard. I mean, how much more order can you have if the entire world has been destroyed? If things are dead, it makes it a hell of a lot easier to line them up in the most organized fashion like a bunch of glorified skittles before you eat them.
