  • okay so i need help from you guys. the blurry edge thing happened (only a circle about a coffee mug's diameter is somewhat clear, the rest of my screen is blurry but like stripey and whenever the sun moves the edges sort of vibrate and it is so painful to look at it; looks like this http://staticdelivery.nexusmods.com/mods/110/images/8090-1-1328658785.jpg). i have tried everything i've been able to find in other forums, added/removed the night eye and vampire's vision powers, reinstalled skyrim and transferred my saves to try again but it's still there. starting a new game doesn't bring the blur with it though but i'm level 52 and i do not want to start everything again. the fxaa thing in the launcher is off, i have no mods, i play as an argonian and nothing shows in active effects. please help.

    • + also, i did the getAVinfo PerceptionCondition thing in console and like half of the numbers came up to 100.0 while the others were 0.00. i'm guessing the problem's hiding somewhere there; does anyone know how to get all of those numbers to 0.00? THANKS

    • If it's not affecting a new game then whatever it is in your save, so reinstalling etc won't change it. You could try using the command sisme 0 it might not work and if it does you'd probably need to keep using it. If it does it could mean you have a stuck image space modifier, but if theres a list of them and their id's anywhere i don't know where it is.

    • sisme 0 works but it removes all effects like nightvision or the vampire feeding red screen. I found another solution. Download Director's Tools from the Nexus. Set the "Director's tools (Manual)" item as Favourite (F). Open the Favourite Menu (Q) and assign a number (1-8), then click on it so it's active. Then close the menu, save, and reload this save cause it won't do anything otherwise. Then click whatever number you assigned.

In the Director's menu, scroll down to Visual Effects, then go to Visual Effects FX and choose Clear Visual Effects FX.

      Done.

Exit the Director's menu (Tab) and don't forget to unfavourite the Director's tools (Manual) thingy.

      Play. :)
