Tiber is a dog that belongs to Torsten Cruel-Sea, and can be found inside Hollyfrost Farm. He resides there together with Ysgramor, another dog. When the Dragonborn breaks into the farm, upon entry the two dogs start barking. If the Dragonborn stays too long, they will attack.

- Judging by his name, he was most likely named after Tiber Septim, the legendary Dragonborn and Emperor of Cyrodiil.
